Tidewell is a club management workspace for gyms, fitness studios, wellness centres and spas. Reception, spa, sales and management teams work in one portal on your site, and each person sees the screens that match their role. The app builds on your site's own tools. Services, staff schedules and appointments come from your booking calendar, members and leads are kept as site contacts, and currency and time zone follow your site settings. The portal is available in 19 languages. Tidewell supports everyday club work: spa and appointment reception with prepaid packages, a sales pipeline with membership plans and discount limits, digital agreements that members can sign on their phone, renewal and win-back emails, cash registers with expense approval and commissions, staff shifts with QR check-in, and reports with CSV export. A built-in setup guide helps owners see which setup items are still open.
