Very basic

No Customer Support & False Advertising
I purchased the APP on WIX and one of the features of a premium plan is 24/7 support. There is no way to contact the company and WIX doesn't offer support because it is a third party APP. I was able to find an email but no one will respond to the emails. HELP!? A total of six emails have now been sent. Still no update as of April 18th, 2025. I would NOT recommend purchasing this APP and have also filed a complaint with WIX.

iOS Issues - Anyone else?
Update 12/27: support emailed me to help as the issue seemed isolated to just my site. Very helpful, esp during holiday week. Most appreciated so that we can continue to take donations. THANK YOU! Since the support email doesn't appear to be monitored - is anyone else having issues with the install on iOS? My iOS users can't change the donation amount off the first option. Any help is most appreciated!

Bank turned down donation
Someone tried to send donation and got turned down. I am upset. Because that is how this ministry raises money and now the bank is turning it down? Of course no way to call you guys.

I WAS liking it until...
It just stopped working. Now instead of having a donation page with several options, the website displays what is in Editor and people can no longer donate. So, I delete the form, attempt to open up Get Donations, and nothing happens. No functionality.

Easy to work
Easy to setup the plugin. Wix Forms too complex and crashed my editor. This plugin does what it says and don't need to mess about.

Waste of money. Lacks automations, etc.
Do not pay a full year as there is no refund! The app does not allow automations like a thank you email or download donations to a spreadsheet. I didn't realize I could have done a Wix donation form which had all this.

We want to let you know that we are actively working on enhancing our automation integration with Wix Automations. Currently, the thank you email (confirmation email) is managed by Wix through the Wix Pay API, and we understand that it may not be the most appealing. Regarding the downloading of donations, this feature is in development. In the meantime, you can access your donations by navigating to the 'Payments' section on your site dashboard, filtering transactions by 'Pay API', and then exporting them. While Wix does offer donation capabilities through Wix Forms, our app's frontend is specifically designed to optimize the donation experience with an easy-to-use interface. Good service
Just installed. Hopefully it works as expected.
Where can I change the percentage to the actual amount?
It works on desktop, but not on mobile
instruction is not very clear. but I figured it out later. The function is ok.

Originally Robert got this working for us. But since the end of October, its not worked. I have chased over and over, and had no response back for weeks

the app is simple but easy to use and isn't overly complicated for what we need. love that it integrates seemlesly with the Wix payments system without having to connect third party payment options !!

Easy to use and good app
donation app is easy to use and setup and the payments automatically link with those already added to our sites back offices which is good, no need for setting up and connecting other systems..... can see from other peopls reviews that recurring donations iss being worked on, this will be good to have but as it stands the app has delivered on it's promise and hasn't fallen short for our organization's neeeds.

Good basic donation app that is NOT Paypal!
easy to download and set up with customization. I am a website creator and am using on multiple websites. Just needs to be able to re-occuring donations and to use it for multiple donation campaigns on the same website.

Is there no re-occurring / subscription option?
Why isn't there an option for customers to subscribe to re-occurring billing? This is important for people to have that option.
