Shomer: Shabbat Mode

Shomer closes your site for Shabbat and Jewish holidays automatically and reopens it the moment Shabbat ends. Choose your city once and Shomer calculates the exact candle lighting and nightfall times every week. The free plan already closes your site every Shabbat. Full mode shows a beautiful Shabbat screen with a countdown to reopening, the Torah portion and this week's times. Store mode keeps your content open for browsing and pauses only the business: online store checkout and appointment bookings are blocked on the server, so no order slips through. Holidays are built in, with Israel or Diaspora schedules, optional Chol Hamoed closing and the option to skip any holiday. You can also add your own closures for vacations. Before closing, a countdown banner reminds customers to order in time, and a "Shabbat observant" badge shows visitors your values. Make the Shabbat screen yours with your logo, photos, colors and texts in Hebrew, English, French, Spanish or Russian. Light, SEO-friendly, and checked against thousands of Hebcal times.
