    Great name, poor interface

    I added this to my site because it seamed that "Wix Hotels" would have the same UX capabilities as every "Wix" app. Not it. I guess you can use but when will the design setting reflect on the published site?

    Needs updates and customization options

    Good that it works, with flaws (for example, no multilanguage option, one language is placed on all versions), but still works. But from the client-side booking menu is outdated and difficult to use, which leads almost to zero conversion. Need either option to use different information styles (not only starting from the calendar, but showing room types, as currently on almost all hotel aggegators), or possibility to edit and change much more details, than just several (not all) text labels.

    Several things dont work on this app.

    Honestly, my experience with the Hotel Runner has been pretty frustrating. The functionality and support is just lacking and doesnt have proper support. there is only one person as a support in this department. Several essential features are not available to make the check out flow better for the customers and this hugely affect our sales. Integration isn’t always as seamless. Overall, it has potential, but doesnt seem like it was thought out enough.

    Désespérée

    Je viens de migrer de wix editor à wix studio. Ma hantise était l’apli wix hotel de hotel Runner. J’ai ajouté l’application qui ne se configure pas jusqu’au bout. À ce jour, les clients ne peuvent plus réserver en ligne. J’ai envoyé des mails à hotelrunner et sur wix l’aide n’a rien donné. Vous payez un forfait avec une assistance prioritaire mais personne ne semble s’intéresser au problème, de taille pour un hébergeur. En espérant avoir une solution.     予約フォームをもっと詳しく設定したい

    お客様に記入していただきたい事など詳細な設定ができない。チェックボックスやラジオボタン、記入欄など増やしたい。 プレースホルダーの内容変更やエクストラ（オプション）のタイトル変更なども実装してほしい。

    usine à gaz !!!!!

    liste des problèmes rencontrés : on ne voit pas les chambres hors périodes de réservations on ne voit pas les dates pour réserver on ne peut pas traduire tous les champs proposés et j'en passe

    Nothing but issues

    I'm currently reinstalling and starting over to see if I can get this app to work. Spent more time with tech support over this app in the past couple of weeks than I have in the last 2 years with anything else. When the Wix Partners asked for a better hotel app, this is NOT what we meant. Highly disappointed.

    Assigning Roles Doesn't work properly & Limited customization

    • I am encountering several issues after assigning user roles, specifically for front desk staff. The hotel tab fails to load, resulting in a blank screen. • Customization is highly limited: I cannot easily view reservation notes to the calendar quick view which was on the reservations tab, and there are no customization options for group bookings. • Crucially, the user who created a reservation is not recorded in the system logs. I need this information logged for complete transparency and accountability.

    Channel manager is buggy

    Whenever we add another travel agent such as Airbnb and booking.com the two conflict and knock the other out of connections. I've had reservations to from reserved to open and sent back to the agent. It's a huge problem. Another issue is notifications via email and text. It was a problem getting the email and domain to work though Wix/Hotel runner. I had multiple reservations made after hours and the cabins/rooms weren't prepped for customers.
