Ho scelto Wix perché, come builder per la creazione di siti web, è tra i migliori. Il suo punto di forza è senza dubbio la SEO. Avendo però un hotel, ho dovuto utilizzare Wix Hotels di HotelRunner. HotelRunner è uno dei migliori nel suo settore, ma su Wix deve ancora migliorare molto se vuole davvero competere con la concorrenza. Il punto di forza di Wix Hotels è sicuramente l’assistenza: risponde sempre, in modo professionale, ed è concreta nell’aiutare a risolvere i problemi. Tuttavia, sui collegamenti con le OTA c’è ancora molto margine di miglioramento. Spero che in futuro possano migliorare e aggiornare costantemente la piattaforma. Ad esempio, manca un calendario che aggiorni automaticamente le festività e il meteo della zona. Manca anche una sezione dedicata al team, con obiettivi, manutenzioni e passaggi di consegna, dove si possa verificare se sono stati completati o meno. Anche sull’app di Wix mancano alcune funzionalità importanti, così come la possibilità di aggiornare

The yield management feature you mentioned is already included in our development roadmap. As it aligns with our long-term product goals, we’re planning to introduce it in future versions of the application. Regarding task tracking and completion steps, these functions are currently part of the PMS module. Stuck
My customers are having problems with using the calendar and filling in the reservation form for a booking. You can click on dates but once pressing 'search' it takes you back to where they started and not the dates chosen, even when they're vacant. So unable to even start filling in a reservation form in. Also the 'today' date on the calendar for myself doesn't always relate to today's actual date. Please can you advise when this will be fixed. I hadn't realised I was on the 'old site' and having looked into it more I much prefer the old 'Hotels' and would prefer to have my problem fixed for this old site. I really didn't want to have to manually add all our Self Catering dates onto the new site, it's going to take me hours. Plus it means I'll lose last years which I need for our records. Before this problem occurred the site has been excellent. Many thanks

Une application très utile
Je n'ai pas eu beaucoup de difficultés avec la configuration du tableau de bord, mais les connexions aux canaux sont un peu difficiles, surtout si vous n'êtes pas familier avec eux. J'ai reçu la documentation sur les canaux de l'équipe d'assistance d'HotelRunner après l'établissement de la connexion, et je me suis rendu compte que j'avais fait un mappage incorrect. J'aurais aimé avoir accès à la documentation avant d'établir la connexion, mais l'équipe d'assistance a facilement résolu le problème et je suis globalement satisfait. Merci à Sara pour son aide.

Decent product with Excellent Customer Support
App can have lot of improvements to ease the process for users. One such feature is to allow multiple room selection for manual reservation under 1 guest which will allow repeated entry for each room separately.

Great support and app !!
I read the articles and as far as I understand, we first need to create the hotels section on our Wix dashboard from scratch. It would be easier if this data could be taken directly from Booking.com without setting up any apps. I shared these problems with the HotelRunner support team. I received a very fast response. They sent me videos and documents for installation, and the attitude of the person who assisted was very kind, I will check it again when I have time. Thank you very much...

Does what we need for now but had a few issues.
The main problem was when we tried to add it to both our hom,e page and reservation page. It would often not load or require several page refresh attempts. Now, we just add several links to the reservation page and the Wix Hotels works fine thus far but we are not integrating with any OTAs just yet. For that, we may use Cloud Beds.
