Wix Hotel'i kullanmaya başladığımda yardıma ihtiyacım vardı ve HotelRunner ekibinden de destek istedim. Kendileri gerçekten okadar yardımcı oldular ve süreçte bana destek sağladılar ki daha önce herhangi bir platform veya destek merkezinden alamadığım desteğin kat kat fazlasını burada almış oldum. Hotelrunner destek ekibi olmasaydı bu kadar rahat ve akıcı bir şekilde uygulamayı siteme entegre edip kullanamazdım. Kendilerine tekrar tekrar teşekkür ediyorum iyiki varlar ve iyiki destek oluyorlar güler yüz ve nazik konuşmalarıyla. Destek ekipleri oldukça başarılı ve süreç konusunda müşteriye destek olma konusunda istekliler bu da benim kendilerine karşı hayranlık duymama sebep oldu. Yaşadığım sorunlar haricinde görüş ve önerilerimi de dikkate alarak benimle iletişim kurdular ve bu da benim için oldukça verimli oldu. Terrible Update
We liked using the old Wix Hotels App, it worked well and intuitively, and worked on the Wix Owners mobile app. This new version has taken that away plus other really useful elements, or made them possible but really difficult to do, and the interface for the guest booking is not smooth or logical. Overall I cant find a single positive thing to say about this upgraded app, which is sad because I much prefer to write congratulatory thankful reviews. I would advise other people to find other apps for bookings, even if they have to pay, at least they will work. Sorry to be negative but I feel I owe it to other users to warn them and save them the stress and disappointment.

PAID A FORTUNE & THE PROPERTIES DONT EVEN SHOW ON MY SITE
I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING, AND REQUESTED HELP A MILLION TIMES TO NO AVAIL! I WANT MY MONEY BACK! THIS IS COMPLETELY ABSURD AND AN EMBARRASSMENT TO MY BUSINESS' REPUTATION! I AM HONESTLY DEVASTATED KNOWING THE AMOUNT OF WORK AND COUNTLESS HOURS OF MY LIFE (AND HARD EARNED MONEY) WHICH I HAVE LOST TRYING TO MAKE THIS SYSTEM WORK WHEN IT IS CLEARLY INCAPABLE AND HOTEL RUNNER SUPPORT SIMPLY SAYS - CONTACT WIX! WHEN I DID EVENTUALLY GET SUPPORT FROM WIX, THEY SAID TO JUST DELETE AND START OVER. THANKFULLY I DIDN'T & SOMEHOW MANAGED TO MAKE THE BOOKING ENGINE WORK, AND THEN IT WAS GONE AGAIN!!!!!!! WHAT THE ACTUAL??? HOW IS THIS EVEN LEGAL?

I have had some issues connecting with booking .com, but Levent has always been consistently patient and helpful in resolving my issues... From when I was one of the HotelRunner beta testers when they first integrated with Wix, until now when I should know better, he's happy to help :) Many thanks

This application is fucked
You add this, Designed whole thing then automatically it changes color, it get changed by itself, i cannot believed my eyes like what the fuck was happening . If you go to history of the website there also it shows the version that they changed

The support teams are very quick and accurate. As far as you did not use old version of Wix Hotels, this new App is very good for the small hotels.

Great
But it would be great to have this service. My hotel not allow user to book a room less than one day prior to arriving, so it is hard to manage the app other than that great and strong support from hotelrunner side.

Wix Hotel Great Customer Support
I've recently renewed my subscription to Wix + Wix Hotel and I was experiencing some issues reconnecting the Channels to sync all the calendars. I was a bit worried because as a business owner of a BnB I need the calendars to work perfectly. I sent an email to Hotel Runner Customer Support, explained the issue, and they were amazing: responded within 15 minutes, they were courteous, and the solved the issue in a timely manner. The guy who helped me, Mr Levent Oguzhan, was awesome. THANK YOU

Book A Room - Search Feature
Within the mobile version, customers are not clicking the search button after selecting the check-in/check-out dates. The customer assumes that the dates are refreshing (without double checking) and seeing incorrect results in the Room Availabilities window. This is causing a large loss in prospective customers as most users are on a mobile device.

It works for me!!
I only sync booking.com and airbnb through this channel and so far I've been really happy. Customer service is amazing and always emails me back within the hour normally as I'm not very computer savvy. My current plan is however business and not sure from ready other reviews if this effects how much help you get but i do recommend business.

Hi there, Yes, you can set up different rates for Booking.com and Wix within the system. This can be achieved through the mapping section, where you can add adjustments in the advanced settings for each channel. By default, this adjustment will automatically send higher prices to the channels. Additionally, you have the option to set different rates through the Bulk Updates section. Here, you can specify the price you want for each channel, including Booking.com and Wix, by selecting the respective channel from the list displayed in the right-downside corner.
