    me gusta pero puede mejorar

    es muy practico sis se trabaja desde el panel de control pero no hay version movil para hacer seguimiento de reservas desde el celular como wix owner, seria muy bueno pder hacer las reservas y tner seguimiento desde el celular por la app

    Ok, trying to find the new App - "Wix Hotels by Hotelrunner"

    Wix Hotels has proven to be OK (5/10). It's easy to use but it lacks flexibility. For example, guests cannot book multiple rooms, the rules are limited (i would like 1 night stays to be available mid-week). There are workarounds but they are very manual and time consuming. It is advertised that Wix Hotels by Hotelrunner (an "upgrade") is available but i cannot locate it in the App store. I have spent a while banging my head against a brick wall with the AI Chatbot, which keeps telling my to go the the app store...but despite all sorts of searches and following the guidance it is not there. I am keen to move to the new version but a.) cannot and b.) when i can (if the app finally appears) i feel a little bit nervous as i don't seem to be able to speak to a real person. Migrating from one system to another is quite daunting. Wix - can you make it easier to speak to a human rather than just AI, please?

    i need info

    hi i'm currently using the old wix hotels which is working kind of fine, but its limited and feels very plain. when you want to reserve a date on a specific room, the systems brings you back to choose your room all over again. ive tryed multiple times myself and i find it very annoyng.(i can't imagine my clients!!) with all this said i wanted to update to the new version of wix hotels by HotelRunner, but after reading all the comments i understand that this app is still under development. My questions to developers: 1) the mobile app reservation problem with new version has it been resolved? if not when will it be? 2) is there a way we can just simply update to the new version with all the new featurse without doing anything manually.? just with a click of a button everything gets transfered? thank you

Regarding your other questions, the issue related to making reservations from mobile devices has been fully resolved in the new version of the application. However, please note that our mobile application is not yet available for use. Additionally, data transfer from the old application to the new version is unfortunately not possible. If you would like to switch to the new version, a new account will need to be created from scratch using a different email address.     quelques asjustements pour une villa

    Quand on fait une réservation, la page affiche 1 chambres, 10 adultes. Partout j'ai configuré 4 chambres. Pourquoi cela n'affiche pas 4 chambres, 10 adultes. ça mêle les clients. Et si je loue une Villa pourquoi avoir à ajouter une chambre pour avoir le total de ma réservation. Je dois faire +1 chambre avant de passer au paiement. Es-ce possible de modifier cela quand le type de chambre est une villa incluant plusieurs chambres mais louer en un seul lot

Nous pouvons ajuster les paramètres afin d’afficher la disponibilité restante.
