   Hi Doruk, We checked your site, tested the app on mobile, and the player itself works. The issue on your /music page appears to be that the widget is hidden or not properly placed in the Wix mobile editor. An app cannot magically appear on mobile if it was hidden from mobile view. We are developers, not spiritual mediums for invisible widgets. We emailed you several times, sent screenshots, and even recorded a Loom video showing exactly how to enable and set it up in the Wix mobile editor. Unfortunately, we never received a reply. So “bad not working mobile version” is misleading. The mobile version works. The widget just needs to exist on the mobile layout first - a small but historically important detail.    Hi, Let’s clear up a few things-calmly and with facts. 1) You installed the app by choice. Nothing was “added without your permission.” Installing an app is, in fact, permission 2) The app adds widgets only to your Home page, and only so you can immediately see what was installed. It does not add content to every page unless your site has…one page. 3) The app does not add “videos.” It adds widgets (Player, Slider, Grid) so you can preview available layouts. No content is published magically 4) You also didn’t “download” anything. This isn’t Napster in 2003-it’s a WIX app installed on a website So no, the app didn’t invade your site or summon random videos. What did happen is a misunderstanding of how WIX apps work, followed by a review that now misleads other users.    Hi Jerry, We checked your website and saw the ads you mentioned - but just to clarify, they’re not coming from our app. The YouTube Playlist Player doesn’t include or display any advertising at all; it only embeds YouTube videos or playlists exactly as they are. Those banners seem to come from another app or custom code on your site that injects external ads. We’d be happy to help you identify where they’re coming from - just drop us a quick message at vanyadoing@gmail.com and we’ll guide you through it. We totally understand how frustrating unexpected ads can be, but it’s unfair to blame this app for something outside its control. Ours is 100% ad-free. —VanyaDoing Team (Still playing. Still ad-free.    Hi Colin, Just to clarify - you don’t have to pay. The app is fully functional with a watermark, which is how it’s offered for free. That’s kind of the tradeoff. We understand that some people prefer everything to be both free and watermark-free, but unfortunately we haven’t figured out how to pay rent with exposure yet. Calling it “not worth it” is a bit surprising, considering the app includes a drag & drop Slider widget, scroll-driven Grid layouts, customizable players, dynamic playlist syncing with YouTube, and more… all bundled into one app. For free. With no ads. With support. With updates. But yes, there’s a watermark. Removing it is entirely optional - just not magically free. We do appreciate the feedback, even if the rating doesn’t exactly reflect the value of what’s being offered. Hopefully future reviews will be more helpful to other users, and less allergic to nuance. —Vanyadoing Team (Still working. Still watermarked. Still baffled.)

   Olá, Entendemos que testar algo por horas sem sucesso pode ser frustrante - but leaving a 1-star review on something you admit does work feels a bit like blaming your microwave for not speaking Portuguese. We do try to make everything as clear as possible, and yes, we know some tutorial screenshots may be a version behind. Fortunately, the app hasn’t changed into a spaceship - it still functions the same, and we’ve got step-by-step documentation right in the dashboard for anyone who prefers reading to guessing. Also, our support email (vanyadoing@gmail.com) is literally everywhere in the app. A quick message might have saved you hours. Just saying. Thanks for the feedback anyway.    Hi Dariella, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. However, we find your review inappropriate and inaccurate, and here’s why: 1) The App Is Not a Scam a. It provides full functionality with a free plan and does not force anyone to buy premium. b. The premium plan simply removes our brand logo. If you don’t need that feature, you don’t have to upgrade. 2) Age-Restricted Videos a. Your age-restricted content can only be viewed on YouTube, in accordance with YouTube’s Terms of Service. Our app (like any compliant service) must redirect viewers to YouTube. b. The “another free app” you mentioned works the same way. 3) Refund Process We were willing to issue a refund, but we asked multiple times for the necessary information (valid refund reason) and never received a response. Given all of this, as well as the profanity and slander in your review, we are forced to remove it.
