    Full of glitches. Does not work

    I just paid for the one-time fee for this app. It does not work and is full of glitches. Do not use this!

      Hey Shaun, can you please check your email? I’ve already sent the refund. If you can show me or describe what was glitching, that would be super helpful - hundreds of people are using the app daily, and I’ve checked with other users and they aren’t seeing any issues.     I am being told I need to upgrade, even though I already have. When I try to click the link to check, even if I wanted to 'pay again', the link is broken. Please help.

      Hi there! 😊 I totally get where you're coming from, and it's a fair comment. Let me explain - Wix has four types of apps: Free, Free to Install, Free Plan Available, and Paid. My app falls under the "Free to Install" category. This means you can install it, but to activate and use it, a payment is required. I’m not trying to mislead anyone - I make all my plans visible at the bottom of the app page, and I even offer unlimited trials so you can explore the app before committing. As for the free plan, I don’t have one simply because I want to ensure the quality of my product. Offering it for free wouldn’t let me maintain the standards I hold myself to. I hope this clears things up, and I’m happy to answer any other questions! 😊

      Hah, no money, no honey 🍯 But seriously, my app garners the best reviews in the market for a reason. I pour a crazy amount of time and energy into support and development. I can't offer that for free. However, I do provide it much cheaper than others. While competitors charge $29 for a yearly subscription, my lifetime payment is around that price. So, if you're looking for something really good, it usually comes with a cost.
