Multi Vendor team

The Multi vendor support was amazing helpful. They guide me hand by hand on how to work the multi vendor app. Gave me a breakdown of all the advantages and disadvantages of each. I would recommend this team and app to everyone using Wix. Amandeep Singh was very knowledgeable to the service provided.

Support is too slow until now my email configuration still doesn't work if this will not fix I will not upgrade my plan from free to paid plan why paying the app that is not working I cannot procced with acceting Seller because mail doesn't work.

Dissapointing

For the basic features and fixes their are charges. For a small example when vendors sign up to your marketplace, the form doesn't even ask for a first and last name. Then that form is what is published and all the personal details of your vendor lands on their vendor page. It should just be the Vendors name or business name and a little write up. There "could" be an option for vendors to provide an email address for direct contact. Lots that need work,

Does not currently support digital products until Wix upgrade to store V3

EDIT: Had high hopes for this app. Here is my balanced review. They offer a 10 day trial but its not immediatly clear how to use this. I ended up just having to pay and upgrade. I neded help getting it working, as it isn't that straight forward - no response over the weekend and was told this is their days off - thats fine but dont advertise 24/7 support. After several hours work and much back and forth with Webkul support, the upshot is that the app doesnt support digital products until Wix upgrade my store to V3 - this is something you the individual have no control over, wix said they are gradually transistioning stores to V3 but couldnt give a timeline. SO at present the app doesnt work for me. Have given 3 stars as what I have seen so far looks ok but documentation, support and App store sales is incomplete and it took far to long to find out that it wont presently work. They should be upfront about this. Also 10 day free trial doesn't work.

A warm recommendation for an app called Multi Vendor. I recently started using it, and even though I’m still new to it, I can already tell it’s a high-quality, reliable, and easy-to-use platform. Terrible! How do I get a refund?

The app didn't do anything that I wanted it to. Lacks basic functionality and then when I asked for help I was directed to a blog that was useless. Waist of time and money. I've paid less than 8 hours ago, I'd appreciate someone getting in touch regarding a refund. Thank you

CLUNKY

This app is not easy for the sellers or the owner of the website to use. Its clunky, doesnt do what you want and creates a heck of a lot of work for the site owner. I could have done this through my website myself rather than pay for an app.

MULTI VENDOT CHAT SUPPORT

Can we get something like chat seller kind of thing where customer can start a chat with vendor against any product on wix.

This does not work how it should

Users can only upload one small photo at a time. If the file is too big it deletes the entire posting and starts over. If they want to upload more than one photo then admin has to do it for them. If users edit any part of a listing it deactivates the listing on the site and the admin has to fix it. The design is outdated and limited in options. If users change the title of a listing it randomly generates a new SKU number for the product. Customer service replies days later in one line responses usually asking for more information without actually fixing anything.

A WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME, DO NOT BUY

I purchased this app May 4th and it now May 13th and I have yet to utilize it, the set up it way to complicated and the youtube videos cut in and out and the speaker you can not understand. The blog instructions aren't helpful. I want my money back, I will be reporting this to my bank institution because I was not provided the service/product I paid for... I advise anyone who is looking for a multi vendor marketplace this app is not it!

Missing some key features

1. The Seller username is not intuitive and the email providing the same goes into SPAM 2. The Seller does not have a user friendly option to change their own username and password.

Nothing happens

Have installed and nothing happens. Opened a ticket to support and never came back to me. I do not recommend this app, sorry. And uninstalling after reading feedbacks here as well.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

We had a severe issue with this app. It does not do anything it says it does. It does not distribute payments, it does not notify sellers properly of orders, the backend is buggy and limited. The documentation is completely wrong and even when they tell you how to fix something, it doesn't work or they blame the situation on another part of the integration. This created massive confusion for our sellers. We worked with their tech team for weeks and were always told that everything was resolved, when NOTHING was ever resolved. We were very patient but it doesn't seem like anyone has used this app to support vendor marketplaces. The technical specs are simply not set up to support this. Do not use this to support your marketplace.

Where does the seller payment goes to

When a customer pays money, where does the money goes, does it goes into the admin Wix payment account? And does the admin have the ability to send payouts to sellers separately. Also how long does it takes for the sellers to get a payout?

An amazing product for creating an online ecommerce community!

Ravi was very knowledgeable and helpful when I contacted Webkul for help with this Wix Multi-Vendor Marketplace app. There is always strength in numbers. Being able to offer online shoppers multiple vendors in one place is like being the Amazon of the Psychedelic Industry for The Fruit of KNowledge, the Premier Psychedelic Directory ~

Underdeveloped App: not worth an investment.

I'm in the process of integrating several key systems into my website, including parallel payment processing to handle multiple transactions simultaneously and Revenue Sharing, which allocates 90% of earnings to employees while retaining 10% for the business. However, the current software lacks the functionality to accommodate specific requirements. For instance, it does not support bundled listings; each variant of a product must be listed separately. While this limitation could potentially be addressed with a dropdown button feature, the current app does not offer such capabilities. As a result, the app's functionality is limited and not particularly user-friendly. Given these constraints, any subscription to the app would likely be overpriced for the services it provides.
