    This app is not user friendly at all.

    There are many areas that ask for information that is not known. This is not user friendly and confusing.

    Worst and Pathetic Support

    No response and disconnecting the call service is what WEBKUL is doing for their clients. I thought of going for 3 of my ecommerce platform with Webkul, thank god, they shown their face at the beginning. For anyone who like to take a chance, please do not go with this 5 star reviews. I doubt these review's genuineness!

    Too expensive for the offered service

    Hi very disappointed about Webkul services. The initial cost is 10 USD per month which seems cheap, still for any minimal customisations, the cost is much higher. For a change of some characters, it is 750 USD, for connectivity on API with vendors it is about 20 000 USD. With this cost, I can litteraly hire a team of developer in India and do the same thing with much more functionality. So I would not advice for people with any more customisation features. So we would use other vendor marketplaces. The marketplace has minimal functionnalities and litterally it cannot cover basic functions for a normal marketplace. ex. transaction up to 25 000 USD cannot do online I may think all coments are also fake, really disappointed. I have already spent 700 USD for a minor changes so please do not fall in the same trap. Mia

      Hi, As we can check in your email on our end, you have asked us to customize the app as you want to integrate 50+ Bank APIs for the Payout system which is specific to your business needs only. As for the customization, you are mentioning here, we are already working on that and updating you for the same. The app comes with all the necessary features and functionalities but integration of 50+ Bank APIs is certainly not in the scope of the app and neither we have mentioned it anywhere in our user manuals.
