    Support is too slow until now my email configuration still doesn't work if this will not fix I will not upgrade my plan from free to paid plan why paying the app that is not working I cannot procced with acceting Seller because mail doesn't work.

    Terrible! How do I get a refund?

    The app didn't do anything that I wanted it to. Lacks basic functionality and then when I asked for help I was directed to a blog that was useless. Waist of time and money. I've paid less than 8 hours ago, I'd appreciate someone getting in touch regarding a refund. Thank you

    CLUNKY

    This app is not easy for the sellers or the owner of the website to use. Its clunky, doesnt do what you want and creates a heck of a lot of work for the site owner. I could have done this through my website myself rather than pay for an app.

    This does not work how it should

    Users can only upload one small photo at a time. If the file is too big it deletes the entire posting and starts over. If they want to upload more than one photo then admin has to do it for them. If users edit any part of a listing it deactivates the listing on the site and the admin has to fix it. The design is outdated and limited in options. If users change the title of a listing it randomly generates a new SKU number for the product. Customer service replies days later in one line responses usually asking for more information without actually fixing anything.

      Hi, We would like to inform you that we have tried to reach you through our ticket system at the very first time when you had installed the application to help you out, but we haven't get any response from your side yet, here is the proof https://tinyurl.com/yrdvyavv Now, please find the answer to your respective doubts: We have provided a specific size and format for sellers to upload product images, which is clearly mentioned in the user guide and within the app because all data will transfer through API so optimize the data sync time we should follow a standard practice. Now, if a seller edit product and made any changes in the product content then admin approval is required this is simply because if a seller add any unethical listing or illegal product or content so admin must be aware of that else as a store owner you will face legal challenges. For other points you have mentioned we can discuss in details and provide a best possible solution for you.

    A WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME, DO NOT BUY

    I purchased this app May 4th and it now May 13th and I have yet to utilize it, the set up it way to complicated and the youtube videos cut in and out and the speaker you can not understand. The blog instructions aren't helpful. I want my money back, I will be reporting this to my bank institution because I was not provided the service/product I paid for... I advise anyone who is looking for a multi vendor marketplace this app is not it!
