    A lot of nothing good

    Locks up, freezes, and takes a big footprint of your edit site with example comments. Overall just a PITA.

    Frustrating

    I don't get notified of comments, and when I reply they don't get notified. Some posts don't show comments even though they are there.

    Keeps moving or disappearing from pages

    I really like the concept of this app and I want to add it to each of my pages, but I tried to do this about 5 times over the past two days and it doesn't work. I add the widget and select 'apply to all pages', I then move it to the location I want on each page and when I check on my live website (after saving and publishing) it's either in the wrong location or missing completely. I looked in the help section and did a search online but can't find further information about it. Any advice would be helpful.

    NOT WORKING

    I can not publish or see any coment, it shows: No se pudieron cargar los comentarios Parece que hubo un problema técnico. Intenta volver a conectarte o actualiza la página. EDIT: Now it is working to write comments, but not abailable for let the people rate with stars.

    Not FREE

    Can't do anything until you upgrade!...even though as a Wix customer you are supposed to have a premium version.

      Hello, Wix Comments app is completely free and can be used without premium. All features, including dashboard are available with free Wix plans. Perhaps you could specify what wasn't available for you in the app? Wix Comments team

    Needs more work

    It's good if you want to do something like have a single page without comments, but for anything else, it doesn't do much. You have no access to any API, so it is impossible to load in comments on a dynamic page. So if you have dynamic static pages, it will not work. Good, but not something that is too useable.

    Wix Comments

    I wanted a way to let my customers comment on videos or blog posts. This seemed to be the answer, but it overlays over the featured blog post so you can't see the post. Very disappointing.

      Thank you for your review. We can suggest using built in blog comments, that should allow your users to comment under each blog post if you are using Wix Blog. However, if you would like to have comments under some item like a post or any other section in your site, you can easily do so by adding a section below and placing Comments inside it while the section is selected. You can read more about sections here: https://support.wix.com/en/article/wix-editor-adding-and-setting-up-sections#adding-a-section-to-your-site You should also be able to have comments in the same section, you can drag the widget to the preferred position, just make sure that the section has enough of space, so it does not overlap with other items in your site.
