    Unprofessional

    I tried using Chaty for WhatsApp - it worked well under the free version however that is very limited which is understandable as they want users to get onto paid plans. I has issues with upgrading my plan the support is very delayed and extremely unprofessional - if the initial stage of just upgrading was so painful imagine what the rest will be hence I backed out. Maybe it was a once-off case and the rest of the reviews seems to be alarming positive?

      Hi there, I'm sorry to hear you had a bad experience trying to upgrade to a paid plan. We've shown you the logs we got from our payment processor, which show that the credit card is being declined by the bank. I wish we could do something about it, but this is an issue you should fix with your bank. On a side note, I'm happy to hear that you enjoyed using the product and wanted to upgrade.
