About this App
Online Orders lets your restaurant take pickup, delivery and dine‑in orders straight from your Wix site, so customers can skip the calls and you can focus on the food. Set up menus that match how your kitchen works: add item options, modifiers and special requests. Control pickup and delivery settings, prep times and lead times, whether you need 20 minutes or several days’ notice. You can also offer dine‑in ordering with QR codes so guests can scan, order, pay and either pick up at the counter or get table service. Manage all incoming orders in one back office and keep customers updated with live order tracking. Online Orders is built on Wix eCommerce and connects with Wix tools like CRM, discounts, coupons, gift cards, automated marketing campaigns, analytics and 24/7 support so you can grow repeat orders and run your restaurant in one place.

Not A Good App, Does Not Work
I went with Wix because of this app feature. I was suppose to launch our business for the Holidays on December 1st. This has ruined our sales and I had to cancel our grand opening. It is now December 11th and it still is not working.

my online orders page for my thanksgiving menu 2025 will not display on the site
I do not like the upgrade it is harder to make changes

Very unhappy with the updates
You can no longer customize the page. The anchors and editing tools either don't work or keep crashing and it looks too basic. The old restaurants was much more flexible and easy to use. Looking for a new site to rebuild my website on. This was a terrible deal breaker.

When will this be updated to work with Square POS?

Hi Dustin Lev from Wix Restaurants here. Indeed, the new Restaurants Online-Ordering app is not integrated yet with Square POS, but it's coming soon! Till that happens, any user who sells on an old Online ordering app with Square POS can keep doing so. Best, Lev

This update ruined our sales
After they updated it our customers were not able to submit orders. The fact that you can only instantly reach and AI chat bot makes me want to switch to a more human focused service.

Old app had Square integration; was forced to switch to this one and broke everything.
The old app was working fine. Not a ton of bells and whistles but integrated with Square POS. New app doesn't seem to.

Till that happens any user that sells on old Online ordering app with Square POS can keep doing so.
