Online Orders lets your restaurant take pickup, delivery and dine‑in orders straight from your Wix site, so customers can skip the calls and you can focus on the food. Set up menus that match how your kitchen works: add item options, modifiers and special requests. Control pickup and delivery settings, prep times and lead times, whether you need 20 minutes or several days’ notice. You can also offer dine‑in ordering with QR codes so guests can scan, order, pay and either pick up at the counter or get table service.     very difficult to work with

    The old version was working very well, I do not think that this new one has been tested enough and properly. I am trying to resolve the problems for weeks and the clients are complaining that they cannot order. I am losing clients, wasting time and just waiting for emails back from support. It is never finishing. I was loving Wix but now I am considering some other platforms.

The new Online Orders app isn’t supported in Dine, but we’re currently working on implementing it in Wix Branded apps- https://support.wix.com/en/article/building-your-own-native-mobile-app-with-wix and Wix Sapces https://support.wix.com/en/article/wix-mobile-apps-an-overview-of-spaces-by-wix This will be a great way for customers to be able to place orders through a mobile app. If there’s anything else you need, I’m here to help..     Expecting the missing features in new online ordering app

    When shall we expect the missing features available from previous online ordering app ? https://support.wix.com/en/article/wix-restaurants-about-the-differences-between-the-old-and-new-online-ordering-apps Looking forward for the below features in new app. Multi-location: Manage a business with multiple physical locations. Integrations: Integrate with POS or delivery apps Order pacing: Adjust time estimates during peak business hours. Contactless dine-in: Take online orders from customers dining in your restaurant. Menu availability: Choose which menus are available at different times or with certain fulfillment methods.
