   This (New) Version of WIX Restaurant seems to be designed by someone unfamiliar with restaurants!!!

   When it first made its way to the App Store I installed it and saw that it was not ready for prime time so I put off moving to this app version for 2 years because the older one worked very well for my needs. Now the older app is disabled. Sadly, this version is by far the worst version yet. No room for customization. Little things like colored icons keep it looking very generic. Bigger issues are; It asks for customers address before they can add an order to the cart, and if the address is inputed wrong or the customers does not complete the address information then the progress they've made is canceled, leaving the cart empty. When you have a large list of options there should be a drop down menu to hold the items in. There is No option for "Either This" or Either That" which was a key feature present in the older app. This version does not allow items created as stand alone menu items within another menu item. You cannot allow the customer to add multiple variant items easily.

   Urgent Issues: Discount Display & Order Time Visibility

   Hello, We are facing important issues that affect all three of our restaurants. First, the discount is not shown on the printed ticket. It must appear clearly below the total amount, not on each item. The discount should apply to the total order amount only, just like before: Subtotal → Discount → Final Total. We also need better order time visibility. The system should clearly show if an order is for today or for tomorrow, and it must display the exact date and time of every order when the app opens, exactly like our previous app. This helps our staff avoid mistakes and manage orders properly. Please fix these issues as soon as possible. Thank you.

   hide signup / login

   I really like this app to add it to my restaurant website. But I have one problem with it that I don't like at all.. I can't hide the signup or login for guests who request to order pickup and I don't want them to register. I want to hide it. I'm talking about the same page as soon as the payment arrives.

   Less features

   We are forced to use this app. One important feature is missing that the old app had. It is no longer possible to select how many orders shall be allowed to be placed for a specific time slot. This makes this app unusable for us.

   Not Compatible with Dine By Wix

   I am unable to add the new restaurant menu and order to dine by wix feature.
