Staff Commission & Payroll

Staff Commission & Payroll helps service businesses that pay staff on commission keep track of what each team member earned from bookings. The app connects to the site's booking calendar and follows the full booking lifecycle, so created, confirmed, updated, rescheduled, canceled, and declined events are all taken into account. Commission rules can be configured site-wide, per staff member, or per service. When a booking is confirmed, the commission accrues automatically; when it is canceled or declined, the amount is reversed, so reported numbers reflect the current state of the calendar. The dashboard shows an earnings report per staff member for a selected period, including accrued, reversed, and net payable amounts. Reports can be exported to CSV for payroll or accounting workflows, and a reconciliation view is available to help avoid counting paid-out commissions twice. The app is intended for salons, spas, studios, trainers, consultants, and other service businesses looking for a structured alternative to spreadsheets and manual calculations.
