Run your front desk from your site's dashboard. Search a member, check them in, and every visit, admitted or turned away, is kept in one attendance record. On Studio, each check-in reads the member's membership plan, active, paused, ended, in trial or with a failed payment, and shows the reason on screen. If you require a signed waiver, the front desk warns before entry. The Members page shows who is active, who has lapsed and who was last at the door. On Gym, see which members have stopped coming, when your gym is busiest by weekday and hour, and how many classes each trainer led. Plan checks read your site's pricing plans, and the trainer report reads your class calendar. Member records stay in your site's own collections, and the app sends nothing to an outside service.
