Spent 4 Days Trying to Get It to Work
The first two days after installation, I couldn't access the app's dashboard. I tried the usual (logging out, logging back in, rebooting, etc.) with no luck. On day 3, a bot responded that they'd find someone to help. Help never came. On day 4, after the app messed up my home page, I reached out for support, but it was too little too late. This app seemed to have all the bells and seemed easy to use, but the formatting was wonky. I'd set the columns at 3 and max pix at 12 and it would repeatedly go back to 1 column no matter how many times I saved and published it. It also published at least 1 full screen of white space below the Insta feed. I tried to get help but it was slow in coming, and after 4 days, I decided it wasn't worth rebuilding my home page to try again.
