About this App
Add a WhatsApp chat button to your site and let visitors message you in one tap, on an app they already know and trust. Product questions, order updates and general inquiries reach you on WhatsApp while the visitor is still interested, and you reply from the WhatsApp you already use. Set up in seconds: enter your WhatsApp number, adjust the look and publish the chat widget. Working as a team? Turn the button into a multi-agent live chat: add every agent with a name, role, photo and their own number, so visitors pick the right person for their question. Set working hours for each agent and the widget shows who is online now, while offline agents can be hidden or shown as offline. Each chat can open with a pre-filled message, so conversations start with context. A welcome message can pop up after a delay you choose, with an optional sound, to invite visitors to chat. Match the floating WhatsApp button to your brand with your colors, fonts, icon and corner style, place and size it separately on desktop and mobile, and choose the pages it appears on. Your dashboard overview shows chat activity and your top agents.
