EU Order Invoices

EU Order Invoices creates a legally complete invoice PDF for every paid order and a credit note for every refund. Nothing to connect, no external account. After installing, open the app once. Your business name, address and company ID are read from your site settings; whatever the site does not hold, you type once. Each invoice then gets a sequential number that never goes backwards, the buyer's name, address and VAT ID (from your checkout VAT field), line items with tax rate and amount, totals per tax rate, and the reverse-charge sentence when the buyer is a VAT-registered business in another EU country. Templates for Germany, Austria, France, Belgium and the Netherlands carry the local legal wording with an English second line. Refund an order, in full or in part, and a credit note in the same number series references the original invoice. Download documents from the dashboard or export a month as ZIP plus CSV; the app does not email them to buyers. If your site already sends its own invoices, the app warns you before you switch on.
