It is okay
The fact that I have to use my own money to fund the purchase of a product needs to be integrated better. The buyer should be the one to pay for shipping and production, not me.
Thanks for your feedback 😊. This is not the experience we want for you. We’re continuously working to improve how payments and order flows work 🚀!

Very Expensive
I will simplify this by listing the app's pros and cons. Pros: 1. User-friendly and works well on Wix. 2. Huge catalog of items to choose from for your store. 3. Designing with "Product Creator" is easy and widely used in the printing industry. 4. Prices are listed immediately on your site with the colors, sizes, mock-ups, etc. 5. Samples are available for a small fee. I was unaware that I could request them to test the product, leading to a significant loss of money. 6. The products are high-quality, and your design matches that standard. 7. Contacting customer service during business hours is easy. Cons: 1. Products are shipped from various countries, causing long turnaround times and poor print quality, which harms my business. 2. Prices are high. The retail price of an item in my store is $40, but production and printing costs reach $32, not including shipping. Where's the profit? 3. Subscriptions to this are often a waste and too expensive. 4. Color fades after a few uses.
Hi there, we appreciate your honest feedback and will review your suggestions carefully to enhance our offerings.

Fragile Compatibility
It really interfered with my business! My product pictures either randomly disappeared on their own over a week. And "published" items would "unpublish", or convert to "error" minutes to hours later. I had 30 communications with 12 Printify reps over a month (and a few Wix). ~Nobody~ could identify the source of the problem! Through my own trials did I find that "any" changes I made to my products resulted in publishing & display errors. The techs. should have known "that"! I had an average of 90 items that I tried republishing over 10x, and recreated every post from scratch over 3x times through the whole ordeal, which left me PO'd and exausted. I could not edit items in bulk, except publish/hide/delete. Technicians kept changing on me. I had to start over with most of them. Misc. Positives: The AI art generator is outstanding! That was a needed solution to my difficulty in finding stock images to match my original captions. CS was polite as well.
Hi there, we are truly sorry to hear that you have had a bad experience with us. We definitely will take your review into consideration, so our services can be improved. Please do not hesitate to get in touch with our Support team in case any additional questions arise.

Much Room for Improvement
While Printify offers a convenient platform for integrating print-on-demand products into my Luxe Body Labs store, I've encountered some significant issues that negatively impact the customer experience. Key Issues: Irrelevant Options: When publishing products, Printify automatically pulls in irrelevant options like bottle color and lid color, which can be confusing for customers. These options are not applicable to my vitamin supplements and should not be displayed on the product page. Size Options: The app prompts for size options even when there's only a single product size available. This unnecessary step can lead to confusion and frustration for customers. Overall, while Printify has potential, these issues need to be addressed to provide a more seamless and user-friendly experience for both customers and store owners.
Hi there! Thank you very much for sharing! We really appreciate your feedback and will forward it to the team in charge, so necessary improvements can be made.

Unethical With Low Quality Printing
Whatever prices are stated on their site, you will be charged differently. If you try to live-chat or fill out a contact form it's a time wasting run around. You send proof, they pretend you're asking a different question. Orders are shipped from far away fulfillment centers delaying delivery times, or shipped in two different orders, incurring extra shipping costs. Print quality is very very thin, like the shirt has been washed and worn for a year. What they could improve on: just state what the fees will be. No "starts at" that never exists. Fulfillment should be from the nearest printer. And make it so the live-chat isn't a master class in obfuscation tactics. The only positive is the designing software is better than any other platform. Especially with regards to multiple variants in one product design.
Hi there, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us! We are truly sorry to hear about your experience with our platform. When you’re creating a product, you can see a detailed breakdown of the production cost in the Product Creator. The cost will be displayed for the selected variants and print areas, and it will automatically update if you choose different size or color variants or add a design to additional print areas for an extra fee. It might be worth to check out Order Routing - when possible we will route the order to a different Print Provider in the same country or region as your customer, which can help save on shipping costs, customs duties, and fulfillment times. Please see more information here -https://help.printify.com/hc/en-us/articles/4483625090321-What-is-Order-Routing-and-how-does-it-work In case you need any help or additional questions arise, please give another chance to our live chat which is available 24/7, and we will make sure to address all the questions.

Good for Providers!
My experience with Printify is frustrating to say the least. My profit margins is not as good as I'd thought. The providers eats up quite a bit of the final product and I have to pay for the shipping services. I had instances that I had to pay to sell my product! Even putting my "profit at 50%!" Now, I am formulating a different plan to sell my products! Thanks for nothing Printify!
Hi there! Sorry to hear about your experience. It is definitely important to check if there are any fees on the sales channel you use, as that is 3rd party service and we have no control over it. The prices you see in your Printify account are the production prices + shipping + tax (if applicable). That make up the total cost you pay for a product. The shipping charge amount will vary based on the print provider’s location and the customer’s delivery address. The amount of profit that you will make depends on how high you set your product retail prices. When a customer submits an order in your connected store, your store receives the payment consisting of the product retail price (production price + profit) and the shipping charge. To sum it up: your customers buy from you, and you buy from us. Problems with inventory updates
They don't have a way to push inventory levels to subscribers. My customers would place an order for items out of stock. I would have to submit a support ticket that would basically be a thread of their agents kicking the can, never received a resolution. I'm moving my designs to another POD.

Useless - Incomplete / Errors / Glitches
Was excited to find this app, I use it with other platforms, I upgraded to premium with a clear intention to switch from my current POD gateway (not on wix) - The good: Great website! LOVE the layering tool. The bad: Unfortunately this app is not Wix ready. First: it doesn’t sync with existing wix products so you have to re-list your catalog on printify. Then the prices set do not match on multiple import, so you have to go back and list one at a time. They are missing lots of items and sizes from the Home/living section and there's a tone of glitches. Customer service is useless when it comes to IT errors. Bottom line this is not a fully baked product and needs lots of work. Get ready to be frustrated.
Hello, Thank you very much for sharing your feedback with us. We do not have a synching tool for existing Wix products yet, but we are working on such a feature and hope that it will be ready soon. The missing sizes that you've mentioned might be due to those items being out of stock. In such case, we advise to enable order routing option or disable the sizes that are out of stock. We value our merchants and our main priority is to keep you happy. In case you still need help, do not hesitate to reach out to us at merchantsupport@printify.com and we will do our best to help you out.

Great a customer service. Terrible printing!
I love Printify’s integration with my online Wix store. I love the convenience and ease of creating my products and connecting them to my store. I also love the print on demand concept as it eliminates large inventory issues. The customer service is also quick to respond and correct my (many many printing issues) My issues is the terrible printing by almost Every print provider you use. Direct To Garment is absolutely terrible! If you look at my account You will see that there have been plenty of substantiated printing complaints. The printing bleeds on the garments or are flat out off centered from my original mockups. It’s as if your printers aren’t even paying attention to the mockup generator. The final products aren’t even close to the mockups sometimes. The ink comes in faded or extra light compared to what you design, regardless of the printing suggestions or the product. The clothes come in unwashed with the strong vinegar like smell from the ink treatment. Printify loves to promote DTG but needs to consider maybe screen printing or giving the option for multiple printing option besides dtg or sublimation. Every sample I ordered has been below quality print jobs and I get scared for my customers now if their products are actually up to my standard or not. I’m even considering printing the products myself and shipping them Out to my customers. I just don’t want to deal with shipping and I like the convenience of everything being online.
