Booking Form Hub

Booking Form Hub puts every answer your clients give in your booking forms into one clear table, right in your dashboard. Normally, booking form answers can only be read one booking at a time. If you ask clients about allergies, health notes, goals or anything else, you have to open each booking to see them. Booking Form Hub shows them all together, with one column for each question. You can filter bookings by date, service and status, choose whether to include canceled bookings, and search by client name or by any answer text. When you need the data elsewhere, export it to a CSV file with one column per question, ready for any spreadsheet app. New questions you add to your forms appear as new columns automatically. The Free plan shows bookings from the last 30 days onward and exports up to 50 rows per CSV. The Pro plan unlocks your full booking history and unlimited CSV rows. Your data stays where it is. The app is read-only: it never changes, cancels or deletes bookings, and it does not store your data on outside servers. The app works in English and Japanese.
