I have been so impressed with the technical support from Ben and then the development team that jumped on an online meeting to talk me through some issues with setting up an auction. The urgency and patience they showed was outstanding!

Wish there was a countdown by the minute and seconds!
This is my review as of right now, I'm running my first auction tonight. I'll check back in once it's complete. But as mentioned above I would prefer more options for a proper countdown displayed on the web page.

Timer and setup
I really wish it had a visible countdown timer for auctions. That would make bidding more exciting and help bidders know exactly how much time is left. I also do not like having to add products twice, once in the store and again in the auction section. It would be much better if one product entry could be used for both.

Hello, Please note that the auctions definitely have a countdown timer once the auction has started. Check out the tutorial video on how it looks: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PRVPwNAcAIU - if you consider that we didn't address this properly, please chat with us using the support chat within the app to get a better understanding. Regarding the setup, the app is built on top of Wix Stores. However, you're not adding the products twice. In the Wix Stores part, you add the product images, and then within our app you set up an auction for that created product. Our team is here to help you for any other questions! Thank you!
