I have been so impressed with the technical support from Ben and then the development team that jumped on an online meeting to talk me through some issues with setting up an auction. The urgency and patience they showed was outstanding!

Wish there was a countdown by the minute and seconds!

This is my review as of right now, I'm running my first auction tonight. I'll check back in once it's complete. But as mentioned above I would prefer more options for a proper countdown displayed on the web page.

Timer and setup

I really wish it had a visible countdown timer for auctions. That would make bidding more exciting and help bidders know exactly how much time is left. I also do not like having to add products twice, once in the store and again in the auction section. It would be much better if one product entry could be used for both.

I have 20 items up for auction & I am getting feedback from bidders that they are not able to place a bid on more than one item. Which is frustrating if they are trying to collect multiple.

Was pretty simple to set up and with customizations, you can make the widget look pretty native to your site.

You can take the time to read this before you start using this app and putting yourself in a whole lot of issues and BS!! THIS APP IS NOT FINISHED !! They work hard yes but the app doesnt work as it should. they are taking weeks to solve small issues. I had to stop using the app. IT IS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE. I ended up wasting hours and hours and hours with the team and they still after almost a month now havnt been able to make it work. IT is sad tbh.

I wish the auction page was more customizable and that the bids could be reset.

End of Bidding Buffer Time Function

I would like to suggest that you may add a function of end of bidding buffer time. Let's say when customers placing bid in the last 5 minutes, then the timer can be extended to 5 more minutes buffer time. Thats would be fair to all competitors. However, it is awesome to see the auction function on WIX.

It's not real easy. Trying to link on my site the items for bid (bid button), it is not automatic.

Everything has been working fine until today. Everyone is getting a Error 500 page and there is ZERO customer service to help us. Today is the last day of auction, the most important day and we ar losing money because of this

App Review Update

I previously submitted a review detailing my disappointment with the app but now that the issue has been resolved, I think it's only fair that I update my review. In short, after a lot of emails back and forward with the developer, I'm happy to report that the app works! Up against a deadline to launch, Jack worked diligently with me to help me launch my auction on time. They patiently answered questions as I moved through the process for the first time and as I wrap up my first auction, I can honestly say that I look forward to using the app again for my next one. It was bumpy in the beginning but it worked out in the end. Thank you so much!

I'm still trying it

I intend to build a project using it. I'm trying to benefit from it by building an auction project for some products. I'm currently trying to make it similar to an auction site I know. I haven't achieved my goal yet, but it seems like it will succeed.

Easy to use and efficiency

Fairly straightforward, clear instructions, slightly tricky to set up/link, but accessible and FREE

I'm pretty satisfied with the auction store. The instructions were clear though it was a bit finicky/tricky with setting it up (linking it to the right product, toggling the settings, making it user-friendly to site visitors). But in full transparency, the most enticing part is that is was a free app! As a small business owner (it's just me!) who is using the auction app for a charitable venture, it is tremendously important that this widget is a part of the package I pay for through Wix. It's fairly simple and the editor site provides lots of detailed tutorials for linking apps to content. I'm satisfied

In general ok, I can not translate all parts to my language

For English users totally fullfil for the beginners maybe for advance users also.

It would be perfect if it supports auction time auto-extension (anti-sniping).

Great customer support!

I just installed the app for a client and it wasn't working but I was able to get customer service to jump on it and get it fixed right away. The app seems easy to install and use. I haven't used it yet but I will update here once i get the bids going. Thank you!

Don't bother

Not worth downloading. Never properly installed and never worked. Just got feedback from support saying they are fixing it.. they didn't and they haven't

The app does work and with a little lateral thinking and a few work arounds it does what is needed. It needs a few features to make it a great app but its a good start. It does impact load speed a little on the auction item pages but not too bad but the app in the back office wix dashboard is a bit too slow but again with some tuning im sure that will be resolved. This app forces users to signup as a member discouraging users from bidding. Wix support was no help in resolving the issue and the app makers site has no mention of this app.
