Convert visitors into customers. AI Chat Button adds an AI chat widget and WhatsApp button to your store so shoppers can ask questions before they leave. Your team replies to Website chats, Facebook DMs, Instagram messages, Telegram and Emails from one place while the AI answers common questions instantly. The AI helps with product questions, inventory, delivery, sizing and store information, working from your products, orders, inventory and knowledge base so buyers get useful answers while they shop. Your team sees buyer details, past conversations, purchases and orders while replying, so every reply feels faster and more personal. AI suggestions go further: when the assistant cannot answer something or spots a chance to sell more, it privately flags it in your ConvertPilot AI inbox and can even update its own training and knowledge for you. Customize the widget colors, position, launcher icon, background and design. Add quick replies, set business hours, collect contact details and hand chats to your team when a human reply is needed.

Best AI app
Half my messages were people asking about shipping times and sizing. Now the chat answers those on its own and I only step in when it's something new. Checked the transcripts a few times and it hasn't said anything weird yet

Really useful for keeping messages organized
I installed it because I wanted an easier way to manage messages from my website. It helped me keep enquiries in one place and the AI replies are actually useful once you add some basic information about your business. I also like that I can see what customers are asking about instead of missing things in different places. I am not very technic so had to ask developers for help with setup but all good now.

Hey, Thanks for your review. Our app is under review with Meta so as soon as its approved we will release Insta/FB message integration. For now you can still integrate FB/Insta messages with Wix Chat via Wix Communication Channels.

I think I get what you’re referring to, if you mean the automatic chat pop-up that appears on Wix Stores product pages, that’s actually a built-in feature of the app. Right now, there’s no way to turn it off. The AI manages it carefully to avoid bothering your site visitors, and it’s meant to help boost conversions by nudging first-time shoppers to engage. That said, this is a great point you brought up. I really appreciate the feedback, and I’ll bring it up with the team. We’ll look into adding a simple on/off toggle in the dashboard so business owners like you can choose whether they want that feature active or not. Hopefully we can roll that out during the week. In addition to AI Rules and Knowledge Items, the AI model also pulls content directly from your live site pages and Wix Stores when it believes the information is relevant to the user’s question. For instance, if someone asks about a specific product or page, the AI will retrieve that content in real time before responding - this helps make replies more accurate and personalized. For any general information you'd like the AI to always consider, feel free to include it in your Knowledge Items, Custom Instructions, or AI Chat Rules. Very good app. Chat rules works perfectly but what's difference between chat rules and knowledge?

Thank you for the review. So here’s the difference: Chat Rules are a mix of Trigger + Response that you set up. Even if the user doesn’t say the exact trigger, our AI engine tries to match it intelligently and send the right reply based on what you write in the response section for that trigger. Knowledge is more like background info, things about your business that the AI reads and uses when forming replies, but it doesn’t trigger anything directly.
