Not liking at all
The plan on wix is different than their regular site and it is bare minimum. it is very tricky

Our app is designed to offer the most comprehensive integration of your Wix data to Omnisend (to use with their marketing services). It is in addition to your Omnisend plan, not instead of it.

No Thanks
I tried this app but ran into a few problems. When I reached out to the company only bots were available. I needed an immediate response. So I asked that my account be deleted. I shouldn’t have to ask, there should be an option. Anyway, I’ve been getting the run around from various people (Baraath and Karine) who keep saying their co-workers had a shift change and couldn’t do it but, they never did it either. Then, I received a message saying my account was deleted two days prior and inquiring if I received it. They know full well that I didn’t receive it because it wasn’t’ sent. If you’re a reputable company, you send an official email stating the account, etc., has been deleted. What I got was someone saying your account was deleted and that’s it. That’s insufficient. At this point, I’m contacting my lawyer because I believe Omnisend is playing fast and loose with my company’s data. Wix needs to investigate their app partners before allowing them access.

Unable to integrate with my site. Reached out to the company via email and informed Jordan on the issue and I never heard back from him or anyone else after multiple emails.

Customer service sucks
They can't make a difference between a store and an informal charity website. Based on their wrong impression they can't provide service...common, learn to read.

Support won't answer after week
App didn't work with Wix booking error message happen. Try contact support but after any days they didn't answer. We delete it, been charge and unable to use.

Another deceptive app offered by WIX
limited to 500 emails , not much difference between the paid plan and the free plan. All the features you would expect are a extra and you have to go to Omnisend to upgrade. Disappointed because the reviews sounded promising. Not recommended form small business because of the high price tag to get all the features. They do respond to questions and try to be helpful but thats it.

Thank you for the feedback. We're not quite sure where you saw deception. All the email marketing services offer some sort of a free plan for smaller sites, and paid plans for larger sites, and Omnisend is no different in that regards, except their plans offer a little more for a little less money compared to many other providers. As for our app itself, it simply connects your Wix website to Omnisend and automates passing them all your Wix contacts, carts, orders and products. We appreciate the mention of quality support, which by itself is worth more than 1 star.
