Doesn't work
I have experienced nothing but issues with this feature. It worked in the beginning and all of a sudden it stopped working. It just spins. I can't access it and neither can my customers. I have contacted the support team and no one assisted.

Be careful before getting subscription!
I tried Uploadly and accidentally subscribed to a paid plan, only to find out the app does not offer any trial or refund policy. Once the payment is processed, there's no option to cancel or get your money back. I even attempted to dispute the charge through my bank, but the app was able to provide documentation that blocked the reversal. Unfortunately, I ended up losing my money. Use with caution — not recommended.

UPDATE: MERCHANT DIDN'T REACHED OUT AFTER SEVERAL WEEKS. Thanks for your review. Just to clarify: Uploadly offers a 3-day free trial, as clearly stated on the subscription page and the app listing. If the trial period is exceeded, the charge is processed by Wix automatically. We were a bit surprised to see a review without any prior contact with our support team — especially since we offer live chat assistance to help users instantly. I am not sure why you contact your bank for that, instead contacting Wix or the Uploadly support. That’s not a typical behavior and makes it harder for us to help. Hey, when it's expensive, why you install it? Your account leaves random reviews across apps. Our app Uploadly helps merchants to safe time by collecting files with their orders, so it's worth it! Also we enable users to edit, enhance or crop files and allow many further settings like file type and size restrictions, customization of the upload button, translations, different upload sources like GoogleDrive, GooglePhotos, Facebook and much more. Please inform yourself next time before leaving a random review, our prices are transparent and you do not need to subscribe to a service which you think is to expensive.

Do not waste your time
They give you three days to figure it out and the whole time you can't see what it does unless your site is live. I paid for a month, used it for four hours and they wouldn't give me a refund. I should have paid closer attention to the reviews.

Disapointment
I really wanted to love this product. I got stood up on a video call that Uploadly arranged. All I could feel was dissapointment. I hope uploadly can help me out with my problems.

not liking
This desn't work and is too expensive. Wix really needs to step up their game on ecommerce. If they have the feature set of Shopify plus the customizability of wix/editor x they will win. Not sure why they are so lacking and slow at upgrading their ecommerce features

Doesn't work
Use this app because Wix recommended it's a great feature that allows customers to be able to upload their images I've downloaded and redownloaded the app to give it a shot still nothing. Contacted Support will update this post if they fix it. UPDATE: Uploadily added a youtube tutorial video describing need a business/ecommerce plan (which I have) but now it won't even let me get pass the youtube pop up at all. SMH this is becoming frustrating.
