   UPDATE: MERCHANT SEND NO EMAIL OR MESSAGE TO GET A REFUND, CONSIDERING THIS AS FAKE REVIEW Hi there, Thank you for leaving a review. However, we’re having trouble understanding your concerns, as you subscribed to the app yourself. To complete a subscription, you must confirm the charge on a separate screen provided by Wix. This ensures that you’re fully aware of the cost and agree to the subscription. Please note that managing or canceling subscriptions is the user’s responsibility. We’d also like to point out that we haven’t received any emails or live chat messages from you. If you were genuinely seeking a refund, it would have been more appropriate to contact us directly. We’re always happy to find a solution when approached in a respectful and constructive manner. That said, posting a misleading review without attempting to resolve the issue first does not reflect the reality of the situation . We kindly ask you to reach out to us properly so we can address your concerns.

You've been successfully using this feature for quite some time, and until now, no support ticket was ever submitted to let us know you were experiencing any issues. We offer both live chat and email support to assist our users quickly and efficiently. You recently submitted your very first support ticket and then posted a review claiming we don’t respond — but in fact, we replied within just 10 minutes and are still waiting for your response to assist further. It’s a bit unclear to us what exactly went wrong on your end, but please note that the setup process is very simple. We also offer support via email and live chat, and we provide video tutorials directly within the app to guide you. We haven’t received any messages from you through email or chat so far. You can send us an email to: support@inspon-app.zendesk.com Just a quick note: your store needs to be published in order for the upload field to be visible — it won’t appear within the Wix Editor.    UPDATE: MERCHANT DIDN'T REACHED OUT AFTER SEVERAL WEEKS. Thanks for your review. Just to clarify: Uploadly offers a 3-day free trial, as clearly stated on the subscription page and the app listing. If the trial period is exceeded, the charge is processed by Wix automatically. We were a bit surprised to see a review without any prior contact with our support team — especially since we offer live chat assistance to help users instantly. I am not sure why you contact your bank for that, instead contacting Wix or the Uploadly support. That’s not a typical behavior and makes it harder for us to help. Please reach out to our support team so we can assist you — whether it's getting the app properly set up or helping you with a refund request.
