Donor Receipts: Tax Receipts

Donors ask for a receipt they can give to the tax office, and at the start of the year many want one statement that lists everything they gave. The order confirmation from checkout is not that. This app reads the donations people make through your donation form and turns them into proper paperwork with your charity's name, registration number, address, logo and signature. Press Receipt next to any donation and a PDF downloads. Press Statement next to any donor and you get every gift they made in a year, with dates, campaigns and the total. Refunded money is taken off, fees a donor chose to cover are shown apart, and monthly gifts list each payment. You write the text under the amount yourself, with starting texts for common cases. Premium makes the whole batch at once: a receipt for every donation in a period, or a year statement for every donor, as one PDF or a ZIP with a file each. Receipts get your own numbers in order, and a new receipt can be filed on the donor's contact card as soon as a donation is paid. There is also a CSV for your accountant with the columns you pick, and a Gift Aid list for UK charities built from a question on your checkout form.
