Does not work on Wix

Why sell an app on Wix if it doesn't work with Wix? I've spent countless hours making this app work, and I've also contacted app support, only to learn that they only support Shopify and WooCommerce. Also, the pricing shown on the main app page is downright deceptive!!! After you do the work and upload all your reviews, you'll learn that for your reviews to show on the website, you have to upgrade to the $19.99/month plan. Yeah, right! Don't waste your time, it's total rubbish.

No free plan

out of nowhere they decide to cancel the basic free plan and now any reviews i had for years will be deleted unless i pay monthly. And their monthly is so expensive compare to some of the higher rated more popular paid apps on Wix that also allow photos and videos of reviews

You need to connect a domain !

If you didn't pay to connect a domain, you can't use this app. I want to waste as less money as I can, BUT I CAN'T BECAUSE OF THIS. This app isn't "free".

Don't delete the little widget

place the added widget on your products page. if deleted, you cannot get it back.

Missing one thing

So after the stars it shows how many reviews it has correct..... ok so its missing changing the color of that example if item 5 * 3 reviews < how do i adjust its color?

If you use this app, you cannot stop it

As soon as you link this app to your store, even though you just want to try it out, you cannot stop them from sending automatic email review requests AT ALL. It will spam your customers continuously. You also do not have an option to delete your account. This is a store-breaker.

not working?

its on my site but someone just did a review and its not showing - I haven't received any notification of the review at all - shouldn't it email me with the review and ask me to confirm it is ok before posting? Even if it doesnt - it hasn't appeared on my website if it is automatically uploaded either. Looks like you can review my shop products but where does it go? Its not showing on my site.

Extremely Helpful Support

This app seems great so far, I had a few small issues with set up but support fixed the problem for me really quickly. Most of the set up was fairly straight forward to get it up and running. I'm just really picky about the customization!

Pode ser bom em outras plataformas tipo shopfy, mas aqui no wix, alem da integração nao funcionar, ou se funciona o suporte nao pode me dar esta atenção com 4 dias de tentativa de contato e só respostas automáticas de email, custa bem caro.

Great app, great support.

Great app and support. We had to disable the script to stop the reviews showing on our website (which is a button and easy). We're happy and everything is working well.

Fantastic customer service

There was a small issue and both stand customer service as well as poco went above and beyond with screenshots et cetera to help me and guiding me through all this to fix it. I highly recommend this app by the way it looks beautiful with a great layout - and easy to use on the backend.

slow, unreliable, no answers to support

never reply to support requests slow no privacy permissions: should not collect email addresses without asking user permissions an answer to the developers who replied: yes my main issue was with stamped.io, not the app here. But: - you (wix) replied to my support request asking me the same exact things I put in my support request, just to say "we reply in 24 hours", but you don't really... - if you integrated stamped.io, and ask for payment for the app, you should make sure stamped.io is reliable. In any case at the moment they collect reviews asking for email without asking for privacy treatment of that email, so they are in breach of the privacy regulations... and that means so are you and us...

Relatively simple to set up and both the PoCo and Stamped.io teams have been fantastic at responding to queries whilst I get going. Thanks!

Doesnt Work with Wix

Reviews will not show up. Customer service has no idea how to fix it. waste of money.

Impossible de synchroniser correctement les commandes reçues via Wix Stores. Malgré la configuration, elles ne s'importent pas correctement et les commandes précédentes ne peuvent être importées qu'avec l'offre payante...

So delighted with this app and the customer service!

I am so impressed with this app. And I am even more impressed by the amazing customer service I have received. There were a few small conflicts with my theme and customer service had them fixed within 24hrs. I'm blown away with their responsiveness and helpfulness. The app itself works so well, I really like that it shows reviews on the bottom of every product, that was something I couldn't do on Kudobuzz. And there are a lot of customizable options too including branding colours and what information shows under reviews.

Love love Love love love!!!

Absolutely love the Stamped app!!!!!! After converting from Shopify to Wix, it was hard finding apps that offered the same functionality as my old store until I decided to give Stamped a shot. After communicating with some of the amazing customer service reps and spending some time learning the app, I am highly pleased!!! I actually like it better than the app I was using on my old store. You guys are the best!!!!!

Honestly, you guys saved my store.

Before i start, I want you to know that this is an honest review. No bull crap. When I first downloaded the app to my store, I didn't realise I could not import Australian specific reviews for my Australian store. However, there were other countries available. I contacted the STAMPED support team and they added Australia there for me and even more amazing, they did all the same day. OMGGG!! They literally made my night. Highly recommended.

So Good - Wont open in wix anymore, need help

Easy to use. $23USD is a bit much in my opinion but it gets the job done well and customer service is great, they respond in great detail and super fast so i highly recommend choosing stamped over any other reviews platform

Great App and Incredible Customer Support!

This app worked well from the start, but after some custom code tweaks, it's now absolutely stellar. We've already had a ton of positive customer feedback and we only installed this a few weeks ago. It's nice to also be able to customize the look and feel to match our brand, which is another huge plus for us. I highly recommend this for any WIX user as it adds more legitimacy to your online store.

This is a much needed App - Excellent for professional product reviews

Has everything you need to get a professional reviews section on your website. We had a little trouble with the reviews working correctly on the site originally, so I contacted the support team and they joined my website as a collab and fixed eveything for me very quickly, if you have any problems just contact them, they are a great help! This is an essential app to have installed on your site.

Far To Complicated

Couldn't get this to work properly. I aren't a programmer and all I wanted to change was the colours of the widgets as I could not read them on our site, to do this you have add code to different pages etc, which didn't work. I couldn't see any star ratings on our products either.
