   not working?

   its on my site but someone just did a review and its not showing - I haven't received any notification of the review at all - shouldn't it email me with the review and ask me to confirm it is ok before posting? Even if it doesnt - it hasn't appeared on my website if it is automatically uploaded either. Looks like you can review my shop products but where does it go? Its not showing on my site.

   se precisar de urgencia no suporte e atendimento esquece

   Pode ser bom em outras plataformas tipo shopfy, mas aqui no wix, alem da integração nao funcionar, ou se funciona o suporte nao pode me dar esta atenção com 4 dias de tentativa de contato e só respostas automáticas de email, custa bem caro.

      Thank you for using our app. We answer every support request as soon as possible, which usually takes much less than 24 business hours. We received your message on Saturday 5/14/22, and just replied to it on Monday 5/16. We are always happy to help every customer, and for those who are unhappy, we gladly offer a refund.

   Fantastic customer service

   There was a small issue and both stand customer service as well as poco went above and beyond with screenshots et cetera to help me and guiding me through all this to fix it. I highly recommend this app by the way it looks beautiful with a great layout - and easy to use on the backend.

   slow, unreliable, no answers to support

   never reply to support requests slow no privacy permissions: should not collect email addresses without asking user permissions an answer to the developers who replied: yes my main issue was with stamped.io, not the app here. But: - you (wix) replied to my support request asking me the same exact things I put in my support request, just to say "we reply in 24 hours", but you don't really... - if you integrated stamped.io, and ask for payment for the app, you should make sure stamped.io is reliable. In any case at the moment they collect reviews asking for email without asking for privacy treatment of that email, so they are in breach of the privacy regulations... and that means so are you and us...

      We appreciate your feedback. It still seems you are a bit confused. We (Presto-Changeo) are not Wix, nor are we Stamped.io. We develop original apps, and apps that integrate popular 3rd party services (like Stamped.io). We clearly state in the app's description that it is using the 3rd party service Stamped.io. We also never got an emails from you. As for the actual complaint you raised, based on the common interpretation of CAN rules, an email asking a customer who purchased a product for a review is considered a transactional email (which does not require an opt-in), a good example is Amazon.

We answer all customer messages promptly, and while the publication of reviews is something that Stamped.io would handle, we are happy to help investigate any issues that customers bring up to us via email (Even when they involve Stamped.io's reviews services, and not our app's functionality, which is to send all your Wix data to Stamped.io, and displaying the Stamped.io widgets on your Wix website).

    Honestly, you guys saved my store.

    Before i start, I want you to know that this is an honest review. No bull crap. When I first downloaded the app to my store, I didn't realise I could not import Australian specific reviews for my Australian store. However, there were other countries available. I contacted the STAMPED support team and they added Australia there for me and even more amazing, they did all the same day. OMGGG!! They literally made my night. Highly recommended.

    Far To Complicated

    Couldn't get this to work properly. I aren't a programmer and all I wanted to change was the colours of the widgets as I could not read them on our site, to do this you have add code to different pages etc, which didn't work. I couldn't see any star ratings on our products either.

       We are sorry to hear you had trouble with our app. We are surprised to hear this, as we did not get any messages about a problem with this app from any customer, let alone in German (we just double checked our Spam folder too). If you purchased our app, and are unhappy, we will gladly offer you a refund. Our goal is to make sure our apps work for everyone, and when a customer contacts our support, we always get back to them and help within 24 hours or less.
