   Dieses blaue Fingerabdruck-Icon durchbricht das gesamte Farbkonzept der Website und wirkt visuell störend. Es wäre wünschenswert, zumindest Farbe und Position individuell anpassen zu können. Wäre diese Einschränkung von Anfang an bekannt gewesen, hätte ich dem Kunden ein anderes Layout empfohlen.

   Rubbish

   Used to be able to customise a cookie banner with wix, now we have this. Pay hundreds for a website host and builder then have to either use this ghastly looking banner or pay unlimited amount to have "premium" features like changing it so it doesn't look so rough. If you do go premium pricing is opaque, the price shown is the start price-it scales the more visitors you have with little clarity of what the cost could even be.

   Free plan looks awful

   So disappointing that the free version standard colour is bright blue and has a permanent blue fingerprint on the site. The cost of going premium to customise this is as much as the Wix hosting itself.

    I am ultra pissed at WIX for pushing this solution to their users and not having proper config. And (with all the respect to Usercentric) paid plan on top of paying for Wix Premium is a joke!

    Sobald man das einstellt und man auf seiner Website geht sieht man mit dem Smartphone unten links die ganze Zeit über ein blaues Symbol wo man alles wieder ändern kann. Das ist kein gutes Nutzererlebnis

    Absoluter Schwachsinn

    Warum kann ich nur mit einem absolut überteuerten Preis einen einfachen Cookie Banner auf WIX integrieren? Sorry, WIX das habt ihr echt nicht gut gelöst. Das war bis vor ein paar Monaten noch massiv besser gelöst. Auch dass nun ein permanentes Icon von Usercentrics zu sehen sein muss finde ich kompletter Mist. Danke für nichts. Das muss wieder besser gelöst werden!

    Unnecessary pin on free plan

    The app is an essential feature for websites, however I have to say that keeping the pin visible on the free plan is just too much. There are a lot of negative reviews about the product and it seems like the development team just won't listen. After someone has accessed, read, accepted or rejected the cookie policies there is absolutely no need for them to continue seeing your pin on the website. The color of the pin, its size and the position its kept is primarily meant to frustrate the users of the product. Just listen!

    Was ist das auf einmal? Jahrzehntelang ging es gut, ohne Drittanbieter. Ich kaufe doch keine Website, um dann an Gesetze geknüpfte Funktionen extra zu bezahlen, um sie nutzen zu können. Wozu zahle ich 19€/mtl. pro Website, wenn ich dann weitere 7€ NUR FÜR EIN COOKIEBANNER ausgeben muss? Das steht doch gar nicht im Verhältnis. Müll.

    Forcé d'utiliser un application pour une mise en conformité légale!

    Forcé d'utilisé une application spécifique pour une mise en conformité légale est une honte de la part de Wix. L'ancienne interface simple efficace et surtout épuré était mieux. Impossible d'enlever "l'emprunte" qui reste sur l'écran de navigation et pollue le visuel du site! Il faut une solution rapidement!!!

    Automatically installs and you have no option to remove.

    This is such an awful business tactic. If you try to set up your cookie banner this automatically gets installed. You can't make any changes to adjust it to your branding etc. There is no option to uninstall. This is useless.

The free version includes the core compliance features, while advanced customization and branding options are available in the paid plans. If you’d prefer not to use our banner, Wix allows you to disable it and choose an alternative solution. You can do this in the Wix interface under Apps → Manage Apps → Usercentrics for Wix → Delete, or our support team can walk you through the process.

    bad method to remove an essential tool to force users to pay plus laggy script

    that's not appropriate to force the users to pay for a plan to change colors or add privacy policies while it was free before on wix/wix studio. it's an essential tool for any website and no one should pay fees for something like that specially it was already integrated with wix before. give us little respect and avoid being greedy for pennies..... and by the way it's buggy and laggy and made the performance worse on gtmetrix!

    Forced to use

    VERY LIMITED APP BUT YOU ARE FORCED TO USE UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO PAY OVER $80/YR ...annoying right? Well this is what your customers will experience with this app and there's not much you can do to customize this unless you are willing to pay over $80+ for features that should be included...especially if you pay Wix for a premium plan. I guess kickbacks are part of the business now for Wix

    Terrible and so annoyed that Wix seems to have forced customers to use it.

    Unless I choose to pay, I have permanent buttons installed on my website. I can pay (monthly) to change the colour of them. I appreciate Usercentics is a business that wants to make money but it feels unfair on Wix's behalf that we are sort of trapped into using Usercentics for cookie banners. There is a blue 'fingerprint' button that I can't get rid of - that is not a legal requirement of a cookie policy and is presumably there only so that customers buy the premium package and pay monthly.

    Ich kann nicht nicht die Sprache wechseln oder das Impressum und den Datenschutz verlinken. Ich bentige ein deutsches Cookie Banner.... Es ist so leider einfach nicht gültig. Man erreicht außerdem niemanden im Support. WIX fühlt sich nicht zuständig, Usercentrics antwortet einfach nicht oder nicht auf das Problem. Die Entscheidung von WIX auf Usercentrics zu wechseln verhindert dass ich ein gültiges Cookie Banner auf meine Website einfügen kann.
