About this App
Feedback Surveys asks customers what they think, on any page of your site and after checkout. Put your own question on any page and collect free text or choice answers. On the thank you page, buyers rate their order with emoji, stars or numbers and leave a comment, and a second survey asks how they found your store. The dashboard shows your CSAT score, rating breakdown and channel shares, and links every rating to its order. Setup needs no code. Every survey is free, with no limit on responses.
