I dislike it
It doesn't work well. I had subscriber contacts in MC that fulled in my contact form on wix and after that their status was changed to a non subscriber. A status I cannot change back to a subscriber. And many other non senses that MC does.

Awful experience
This app simply doesn't work. After connecting and syncing my Wix account with it, the app automatically set my contacts to "non-subscribed," making it impossible to edit or add them to a mailing list. When I reached out to their support team, they claimed it was a Wix issue. However, after checking and informing their team, I confirmed that all the Wix fields were correct. This situation leads you back to square one, requiring a manual export and import of the list into Mailchimp, which renders the entire integration pointless.

Does not connect
I have contacted support but no one can help. Very dissapointed. I am paying for WIX and mailchimp but they don't interact at all.

Horrible
I signed up to Mailchimp using WIX yesterday and I tried to login this morning after creating email campaigns and importing my mailing list successfully yesterday and it says the account dosent exist. Mailchimp customer service is awful! Don't bother.

Mailchimp sucks
I signed up to mailchimp for email marketing and then later i mistakenly created my wix site through there. Biggest mistake ever. Now I am stuck with mailchimp since I can only log into my wix through mailchimp SSO. Popups don't work. You spend hours designing and it never shows up on your page. Sometimes I struggle to log into my wix account through mailchimp. Ugh I hate this so much and I am considering paying for another email app within wix.

disaster with syncing and not resolved after 3 weeks. Bye mailchimp!
As a client of mailchimp for 10 years this sync was a disaster. Lost me hundreds of GBP due to not being able to use the service. Wa frantically having to source alternatives for the interim and Mailchimp product team were completely useless. DO NOT USE!!!

Not good for Wix Integration
Mailchimp works well as a standalone, but has caused soooo many headaches once I tried to integrate it with my Wix website. What's worse, noone seems to have any answers on how to fix the issues. Although I am on a paid subscription I do not qualify for phone support, and have not had good luck getting my issues resolved via chat. I would not recommend using this as part of your Wix integration

Impossible to complete the integration
The integration did not complete. Error 101. Wix tells me to contact MailChimp support. Mailchimp does not answer. Today the error is gone. But still no feedback from Mailchimp.

Verbindung zu Wix Funktioniert nicht.
Leider lassen sich der Mailchimp Account und die Wii Website nicht verbinden. Und somit auch die Produkte nicht im Newsletter anzeigen/Verlinken. Sehr schade und wirklich ärgerlich.

Doesn't Work With Wix
This actually does not work with Wix. I was just on a long troubleshooting chat with tech support and they informed me that "I have found that there is an error that is related to a JIRA and unfortunately, there is no other workaround at the moment". And there is no time estimation for resolution, but the issue has been reported. This is an issue on their end.

Not at all
It wont set up two factor authentication. Nothing happens when I click enable. I don't like verification via sms anyway as I can't receive sms messages at my place of work. On top of all that if I get it to a point where it's trying to integrate with WIX I just get error messages.
