Always Helpful

MailChimp customer service is always good, but Cyrus took it above and beyond. He looked into my issue, made sure that he understood what the problem was (actually no problem, just me being confused!) and checked that everything was working properly. It all got resolved quickly and easily. My only complaint is that the help chat disappears when you change pages, which usually you have to do while being helped. If the chat stayed open the whole time, until you manually closed it or left the site, that would be so much better. Cyrus waited around for me to eventually find the chat again, which was great, but it would be nice to not play hide-and-seek while getting help!

Cyrus has been super helpful and amazing today, assisting me to restore and locate my account which I had no access to for the past 1 year. He guided me painstakingly till I was able to find the account with all my contacts. Initially Overwhelmed but Jean Got Me Started

The options that this provides was initially overwhelming. I didn't know where to begin. I opened chat and typed my the goal of what I wanted to do. Jean was replied and "held my hand" through creating the segmentation that I needed. I appreciated her professionalism and support. It was a great experience.

I had the pleasure of being supported by Jean. I was at first very suspicious of her humanness, afraid that mailchimp too had adopted the ai chat shitscape all companies are into. She reassured me she was in fact a real person (which, in all fairness, is exactly the thing a bot would say), and she helped me get my thing sorted. Awesome Support from Cyrus

I've built a website using Wix for a charity for free as they are friends of mine. They already had Mailchimp, so the integration was an important factor in. Adding the Mailchimp app was simple in Wix and the performing the connection from Mailchimp was simple, however, I wasn't sure it was working. Cyrus, the support engineer initiated the chat, took my details and queries and checked all was ok. Cyrus walked me through how to check and sent me an email with help and useful tips. Awesome support, suppoer friendly and great to work with. Fantastic job!

Rhedd and Marz were the best support!

I'm new to mailchimp and all the integrations I had to do with my websites felt so complicated. I came into a bit of trouble with Wix integration, which is nowhere near as smooth as in Squarespace (Wix has some work to do!), but Rhedd and Marz, between them, managed to resolve all glitches while I slept. AI was sending me round in circles, Wix was driving me mad, and I was genuinely really surprised how quickly the mailchimp team managed to get to the root of the issue and resolve it. Really happy! Rhedd and Marz were so quick to respond, and were so positive and polite. Thanks guys!
