    Got there

    Honestly, it was a pain in the arse to integrate, maybe it's me but tech never seems to be as simple as how we are made to believe when it is sold to us. Here is what I had to do and it worked, so you may want to try: Use Chrome, delete history / cookies, go incognito and support sent me a link to click. Sounds simple when written out but each step is a message back and forth and another day or so. On the other hand the support team were quick, responsive and credited me with $24 for the inconvenience, so I am very grateful for this :)

    Great tech support but the app doesn't do what I'd hoped

    Seph was very helpful in providing support and answering my many questions. But ultimately I realized that this Mailchimp app for Wix is not as customizable or integrated with Wix as I would have hoped. Since I am already a Mailchimp customer I would have preferred to use this app and switch from the one I am currently paying for, but having tried to replicate what I have created with a different app, it's not going to work for me.

    Wix and Mailchimp Sync Issue

    I could not sync them because a merge tag was missing. Paul tried hard to fix on the spot. Super helpful guy, but we could not figure it out. He escalated the issued for more help. Overall, I am happy with Mailchimp. If this resolves quickly, then 3 stars may change to 4.
