Labelling contacts one at a time does not scale. Open a contact, add a label, go back, open the next one — an afternoon disappears and the segment is still half done. This app turns that into a single pass. Build a rule from the fields you already have — a label a contact is missing, when they were created, how long since their last activity, where they came from, or a fragment of their name or email. The matching contacts appear straight away, so you see the segment before you commit to it. Then apply your labels to all of them at once, or strip labels you no longer use. Nothing is written blind. Every screen counts the contacts that will actually change and separates them from the ones already in the state you asked for, so a second run does not churn through work it has already done. The same preview covers CSV import: paste a spreadsheet of addresses and labels, and the count of rows, changes and unmatched addresses is shown before a single contact is touched. Label names are matched against the ones your site already uses, and anything new is created for you. There is also a per-contact view for the one-off fix, so you never have to leave to add a single label.
