Bakehouse Collect

Your shop can take the order. It can't tell the customer when to come and get it. Bakehouse Collect adds a collection time picker to your checkout. Set the hours you are there, how much notice each kind of order needs — a week for a decorated cake, two days for brownies — and how many people each slot can serve. Customers pick a time, and can move it themselves up to your cut-off. Then it does the part nobody sells: the kitchen. Every order is added up into one baking list. Boxes are broken into their contents, so six Weekend Boxes become thirty-six brownies, and box stock follows what is inside. A counter till for markets and the shop door: one big button per bake, your quantity offers applied as you tap, each sale a real order. And an allergen checker that compares your spreadsheet with your product pages and shows where they disagree. Free: collection times up to seven days ahead, one notice period for the whole shop, closures, and picking and packing lists.
