Provisiones Purchase Orders

Provisiones organizes purchasing for businesses that sell physical products in their online store. Create purchase orders with the products and variants of your catalog, choose the supplier and the location that receives the goods, and print each order to send it. Provisiones can also suggest reorders: it reviews products below their minimum stock at each location and prepares one suggested order per supplier, showing current stock, the minimum and a proposed quantity on every line. Nothing is ordered until you review and approve it. When the goods arrive, receive the order and the stock of each product and variant is added to the chosen location, with a record of the movement. Keep a file for each supplier with their tax ID, contact, payment terms and credit days, plus purchase history and open balance. Accounts payable gathers approved orders and supplier bills with due dates, highlights overdue amounts and records full or partial payments, optionally linked to a bank account. Provisiones installs the free Atlas engine, which keeps your data in your own site. The interface is in Spanish.
