QuickSync for Xero

QuickSync connects your store to Xero, so your books and your stock stay accurate without copying numbers by hand. When an order comes in, QuickSync creates a sales invoice in Xero. It matches the buyer to an existing Xero contact or adds a new one. It uses the tax charged at checkout, so the invoice total matches the order. Each part of the order gets its own line: products, shipping, discounts, tips, service charges and duties. You pick the sales account and tax account they're coded to. Products are matched by SKU. When an order includes an item you track as inventory in Xero, the invoice lowers its quantity there.
