   breach of privacy

   I never signed up for this app. somehow I got it added to my website WITHOUT MY CONSENT, I get emails from them, and I cannot remove the app. what the hell is this. Customer support claims they can do nothing to delete my account, is this a joke

   Poor support

   Wix shows that there is an exclusive FREE upgrade available for the app, but when you try to avail it, it asks for the payment. When I raised the matter with WIX support, they were unaware and suggested contacting the app's customer support. When I reached out to app support, they asked me to go back to the Wix team. No one had any idea what to do. They just kept on making me run from post to pillar. Finally, I deleted the app for my peace of mind.

   It’s still not working on Wix Studio, and it’s been over four months that they’ve been telling me their development team is working on a fix.

   App purchased but cant access

   Not sure how legit this app is. I have purchased a monthly subscription and customer service claims they have not received any payment despite the fact i have shown them the invoice from Wix and that my bank acc. has been actually charged. Still awaiting them to grant me access.Horrible experience.

   Uninstall is faulty and glitchy

   Even though I uninstalled the app, the magnifying glass icon will remain present on the live website, although it does not show on the Wix editor. Not happy.

    Works ok but only 2 weeks. I find it a scam, to advertise an app as free when you have to buy 2 weeks later. Sorry, but it looks cheap for Wix.

    Honesty is important.

    Once you download it they charge $10-15 a month, it's not a bad plugin either but just not fully what I was looking for. I just think newcomers should know pricing.

You initially installed Searchanise at the beginning of the year and uninstalled it shortly after. From day one, you had our 14-day trial. Later, you reinstalled the app, and as 14 trial days had already passed before, you had to subscribe to our paid plan to use Searchanise. We’d like to clarify that this is how Wix Billing works: the trial period is activated from the moment of the first installation and doesn’t pause when the app is uninstalled.     Absolutely appalling customer support - App does not work

    I've contacted them multiple times this morning when the app stopped working. Nothing happens when you click the hour glass. The app is totally useless. Support told me there's no issue - sort it out myself with WIX. WIX support told me to contact the app developer. Very angry.

    Amazing app, Until I paid for it!!

    This App was amazing, I was very impressed through the free trial, the second I paid fo the app after free trial ended, the search stopped working, I thought maybe it was becaue I had the cheapest version so I upgraded it and it still doesn't work. I messaged them and they blamed it on Wix, messaged 2nd day, they said they're still waiting for wix. 3rd and still not fixed and no replies, I want a refund for every day it's not working!

But we should mention that functionality and app behavior is exactly the same whether it's paid or trial, so paying for the application does not change anything. The issue was indeed related to the Wix API. The good news is that their team fixed it and as far as we know, it should be working correctly now.     Doesn't Work

    After two weeks of being told by their customer support that the issue "was complicated" and that they are still "working on it", I am no closer to having a working search box on my website. RUN, do not walk, from this company and this application. They will not issue a refund and direct you back to Wix knowing full well Wix does not give third party app refunds. It is a total scam. Thankfully Wix is allowing a one time courtesy and refunding my purchase with the promise they will be investigating this company and the integrity of their offerings. What a total waste of time and energy. I am so glad I was able to get my money back and initiate an investigation. I lucked out and got a very pro-active customer support person! I wish Wix would vet these rinky dink app makers before they allow them to offer these applications for purchase that don't have all the bugs worked out.

    The App doesn't support multilingual

    The app does not support multilingual functionality and is not compatible with Wix multilingual features. Therefore, if your website is in more than one language, the search function will only work in the primary language. Additionally, customer support was lacking, as it took number of emails and reminders and five days to get a reply

    Garbage, slows down the site, will not index

    This app worked decent during the "FREE Trial" then once we decided to upgrade, this thing hasn't worked at all. Slows down the site, gives garbage results, not even relevant to the search term. Just garbage, don't waste your time.

    Does not work

    I deleted the app but the Search icon is still showing up on mobile. How is this even possible?? I can't take it away, doesn't even show up on the Editor in 'Mobile View' but it shows up when you go to the website on a mobile device.
