    Terrible and a scam

    They allow you to connect previous reviews from your google, facebook, and yelp but as soon as someone leaves a new testimonial on your website using this app in order to allow it to display to your website visitors you have to pay $3.25 a month 1st! So I have to pay $3 a month just to display reviews after client makes them.

      Thank you for your review. We have recently updated our Wix integration to provide a more seamless and efficient workflow between ShipStation and Wix. You will now be able to sync order, customer, and tracking information from ShipStation to Wix.

    Wix Connection won't stay put

    It's really defeting the entire purpose when you have to upload the tracking manually back to the webface.. always checking to make sure i'm not missing orders.. wth!!

    WIX is the PROBLEM, NOT SHIPSTATION

    The integration ONLY GOES ONE-WAY, Wix shipping data to Shipstation account, period. There is NO shipping integration from Shipstation options and data to Wix. None! Zero. I've written Wix support about it and their support people said there are no workarounds. It's a deep and serious limitation folks! It would be nice if the Wix cart displayed all Shipstation shipping options based on USPS zones and weight costs per zone. Unfortunately, it's not possible. It's only a one-way integration, which means if you want to display Shipstation data in your Wix shopping cart so that your customers have some accurate shipping options, you will be sorely disappointed. It makes absolutely no business sense to pay a monthly fee for the Shipstation service and yet, the customer shopping your site gets zero benefit from it. There needs to be a switch or something in the Wix code that turns their shipping options OFF and turns Shipstation's options ON. Unless Wix can come up with a good workaround, it's a 100% waste of business funds, period. I tried Ecwid and that too came up seriously lacking. I say, contact Wix and tell them that IF they don't do a two-way integration with Shipstation (and I don't mean in the design options; I mean with the flow of data and shipping options), it will be a wasted install and throwing good money after a non-working product.
