With Reperks, merchants can easily setup powerful and highly customizable rewards loyalty program to retain customers and increase lifetime value. Reperks Differentiation: Campaigns One of Reperks biggest differentiation is that merchants can easily setup campaigns to boost store engagement. Below are examples of campaigns you can setup with Reperks - Seasonal Campaigns - Give additional 100 points when customer spent more than $200 during month of August - Product Campaigns - Give additional 100 points when customer purchase any products with name containing "Jacket" during month of August. - Bonus Campaigns - Give 100 bonus points when reviews are submitted with photo/video. - Discount Code Campaigns - Give additional 100 points when customer placed an order of at least $100 and used discount code "100POINTSAUGUST". - Milestone Campaigns - Give 500 points when customer hit $1000 lifetime spent with store. Migrating from Other Rewards Loyalty Program Reperks allows you to import existing members data and points via CSV. For GDPR, our servers and data are hosted in EU.

    smart arse customer service

    I was having difficulty with the product and reached out to support. Turns out not only do you pay a monthly fee, an email usage fee but also every time someone purchases but isnt a member this pushes you toward paying a higher fee. But that wasnt what stopped me dead in my tracks. It was the passive aggressive support which I have the emails for then the smart arse remarks mansplaining things. The most uncalled for behaviour to a customer - which they have now lost.

      We charge email sending separately at a low usage fees of $1/1000 email sends so that the subscription fees is kept low. As low as $7.90/mo. Similar software sold by other vendors are easily at least 3x more expensive, you can compare the price they are all publicly available. As for the interactions, I had to kept repeating certain features that we don't support. I don't want to oversell you features we don't have. Hope you can understand.

      Hi Briie, I have dug into your setup. The reason why the widget is not shown on your site is because you have turned off "Display". I have follow-up on a separate email to show screenshot of "Display" option that you've turned off. Thanks, Ryan from OnVoard
