CRM03 is a lead CRM with an AI agent, made for service businesses such as contractors, cleaners and repair shops. Once your site is connected, the forms you choose send new leads to CRM03 with the visitor's name, email, phone and answers. The agent reviews each new lead using the playbook you write. It can reply to the customer, ask for missing details and update the lead's status. Replies can wait for your approval in the CRM03 inbox, where you can edit them first, and when a lead needs a person, the agent can hand it over to your team. You connect your site from the CRM03 page in your site's dashboard, then sign in and pick the forms to use. Leads can go to your live data, or to a sandbox while you try things out.
