it doesnt work

ive tried a million times trying to import aliexpress reviews and it wont do anything it says 0 reviews found on a link that has over 500 aliexpress reviews

Sad IMO

Reviews and people say it works beautifully but keep if you ever stop paying them they delete all your reviews and you can't get them back. I just tried signing up again and learned that Plus the FB review integration was not working at all, they advertised it as it was working, and even offered it during setup, but its broken, and they don't know when it will be fixed. I asked for a discount and they only could offer me to pay for the yearly subscription and I will save 25% LOL Ya wow thanks for offering me sign up for a year and get the standard subscription savings on your broken service...lol

Not happy

This app has gotten way too complex than it should be to make updates for review widgets which is very disappointing considering it's no longer free, no longer user-friendly for my business.

Wix will probably delete this review, but this company tries to upsale you on everything that should be expected in a normal subscription. No control unless you pay. And be careful, if you do choose this app, to check all the obnoxious emails they'll send to your customers begging for reviews. They imagine they're helping. And good luck trying to find where you disable or delete the automations.

Not good

Why do you make it so hard to cancel your subscription? Maybe I even did, but I get no feedback at all to my messages. There is no way to have an inside or anything on the subscription neither a way to cancel it. Very shady all in all.

I HATE IT

this is the worst app ever. First, it doesnt sync reviews from Google properly. And what's worst is that it hides itself on the website, doesnt allow you to delete the app, and just keeps showing the option to upgrade it.

wasted all my effort

when I added the app it was for free, I put all my effort editing it and adding peoples review. out of no where I have to pay the fees now, I cannot even go back with my previous editing and save people reviews so disturbing.

Not good. Too laggy and doesnt work properly.

It mixes different customer photo reviews into one and mixes up the names and everything. Very bad experience.

Not Satisfied

At first everything was great but then a few days during the trial run, I received a notification saying the app was uninstalled so all data will be deleted by May 14, 2025 5:31am. When I tried to reinstalled to avoid all my hard work going to waste I received another notification saying I am not authorized even though I am the only owner of the business. To make matters worse, I tried to use the help chat and it said someone will respond in 3 hours. By then, my data will be deleted. So long story short, I will be using a different app for my business reviews.

Terrible service — threatening to delete my data!

I received a warning from the Fera app that it will delete all the data from my website within 18 hours unless I upgrade to a paid plan. That’s already aggressive and unprofessional. I tried to subscribe to the recommended plan, only to find out that it's not even available. Why recommend a plan that users can’t select? It makes absolutely no sense. The other available plans are outrageously overpriced. This kind of scare tactic to force users into expensive subscriptions is unacceptable. I’m extremely disappointed with this app. Would not recommend it to anyone.

Turned paid without warning => holding review data hostage

I've been using the free plan of this app for about 2 years now and it was great, previously 5 stars. Yesterday I got an email from them saying I have 18h to reconnect the app before all my reviews get deleted permanently. And to my surprise when I open the app I'm greeted with a message that it is no longer free and that I need to upgrade to a paid plan in order to keep using it. I have no issue with paying for something I use in a professional environment, but the manner in which this was handled is very wrong. It's literally like holding my data hostage. Because I've only seen the email about data deletion in the morning (12h after the email was sent) and the export takes hours to complete as it's done manually by their staff. I will not be upgrading to a paid plan because of this and I will for sure go for some other app just based on principle. This is VERY ANTI-CONSUMER behaviour from fera.

Unethical

Stated as a free app, I had over twenty 5 star reviews on my website, they then threatened to remove all reviews unless I upgraded to a paid version on a monthly subscription. The correct thing to do would be to remove the ability to continue to get more reviews unless upgrading. But taking away the current reviews - unethical. Stay well away from this app.

Got an email out of nowhere giving me 18hrs to either pay for the app or all of my data will be deleted. So I deleted it. Such a rude email to receive without any other notice. I removed the app without hesitation because when you first sign up, you have to give them full access to things suh as your google business account and it even says that they can just delete your google account which I was very uneasy with.

After several years of using Fera Reviews and being happy with the service, they suddenly sent me at email THIS AFTERNOON which says my account and all data will be deleted TOMORROW if I don't upgrade my account! WHAT TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!! Do not use Fera Reviews if you value your data and decent customer service!!!!!!!!

blackmail tactics

The rules and regulations are very bad. The advertisement mentions a free plan, but a subscription is mandatory. Do not buy the subscription; you may lose data while submitting a review. This app is a scam and uses blackmail tactics.

So, I signed up for their free plan over a year ago. Now they are saying that the free plan will no longer be offered and if I want to keep the reviews I've gotten I have to pay them. What. The. Actual. F-ck. Absolute sleazy robbers. Tantamount to holding you hostage and forcing you to pay them. DO. NOT. USE. The amount of 5 star reviews on here is super sus by the way. There's no way people are happy with this. 0 chance. I have hardly any reviews, but I worked so hard to get them. Now they'll all be gone cause these people are greedy a--holes. Thanks for NOTHING. Would never have even used them to begin with if I knew this would happen. Can't believe this kind of behavior is even allowed on Wix. Just complete insanity.

I never leave reviews. This company is HORRIBLE

I contacted customer support and asked for a cancellation of my subscription as I migrated to Shopify and they never cancelled it! I realized I was being charged for months and they won't refund me. Even though I was using Fera on shopify too. I will definitely be finding another app. The good reviews are incentivized by Fera for free 1-year subscription! So take them with a grain of salt.

Pricing?

The lack of transparency with the pricing is concerning. The free plan has very limited functionality and would only be useful for a lemonade stand. The recommend paid plan is $19/month which basically doubles the cost of your Wix website.

I never fully downloaded and it was placed on my website and now I can't take it off??? It's not in my editor and the app isn't downloaded but It's still there. Wtf. Tried reaching out for help, no response.

The app NEVER shows in the wix Editor! It only shows when you go to your website so editing this app is impossible.

It became too expensive

This app used to be great, allowing you to import reviews from Etsy and other sites with every plan. Now, most features require a paid plan, making the free version useless, and the cheapest paid plan is overpriced for small businesses. Before this change, they were already pushing stores with more than 10 monthly orders to upgrade to a paid plan—as if that’s a high volume!! I'm really disappointed with their ways and this major change—there are now better options available.

Very Poor! Did not import reviews from Amazon after trying 10+ times. Amazon portal got conected but reviews does not synch at all. Also in Desktop the Reviews section got overlapped over other website content like Reviews section shows up over my products shop now section. But in mobile view it was showing up fine in the bottom without disturbing my website layout.

Can't Delete Account

This is a Shopify based App it appears and it will not allow me to delete this account form my WIX applications. It is stuck in an upgrade Action Required which is very annoying.

Very clunky programming

Changes don't seem to affect it, I want list it won't do it. I want it to be dark in both dekstop and mobile, it won't let me. This is a mess and waste of money. It didnt detect my facebook reviews, and it didnt display my google review images.

Does not get unistalled

Doesn't work with Wix Studio

Installed and configured everything through WIX's dashboard. E-Mails work, Reviews will be saved but the witgets don't show up on the website. It's not possible to add them through the WIX Studio Editor. Support didn't have a solution. What a waste of time and money.

Used to be a great app - no longer the case!

I've had this app installed for a while, but recent updates have made it difficult to recommend. Integration with WIX is inconsistent—it appears and disappears without warning, making it unreliable for site visitors. The Fera team did try to assist, but after a month of back and forth, the issue remains unresolved. Suggestions like removing animations or adding more reviews didn’t address the actual problem. The new in-editor version has potential but is poorly executed—if your reviews don’t have images, the display still shows large blank spaces where images would be. We simply want to display reviews cleanly on our homepage, but even this basic function doesn’t work as it should. Disappointing.
