I find this app not user friendly and cumbersome to use

it's not working

They struggle a lot with caching or something, For example: on category ypage, their app shows 8 stars and on PDP only 4 stars? They show also reviews randomly on pages we didn't give permission.

Easy to use - no export of reviews?

After using this app I want to export the reviews to another place but apparently I cannot find how to do this...

Could be a good app, requires fixes

I spent a bit of time trying to get your app to work properly on my website but am having issues so will have to uninstall it unfortunately. I can't get the star rating widget to work on product cards and the worst problem is how pages now transition on the mobile app. When you click into a product page it flashes up with your widget first before going to the page. This would be very annoying and confusing for my customers. Plus it slows down browsing the website. It's an OK app but still requires many fixes to work seamlessly.

Could not import reviews from Google Business

Google review sync simply does not work.

I've been using Fera for one or two years now in conjunction with Wix. It has completely messed up my homepage to the point where I can't see the homepage in my editor at all the way it appears as an actual live website, thus i can't edit my homepage anymore either because I can't see what i'm doing. Fera support helps and answers when i point out problems but they never answer how they changed things or what makes it not work. The result will be that I have to completely start rebuilding my site from scratch. I suppose it's a good addition because a lot of people are satisfied but my experience has been horrible. I give two stars because support does answer and help when askedcfor help.

it's frustrating that i have to continuously double check fera is in the right place on my website.

Disappointed

I read lots of great reviews of the app before putting it on my wix site. I was using it to show reviews of my business on a dedicated testimonials page. Immediately, I noticed that the review were loading very slowly, almost 10 seconds sometimes. I contacted the developer who said they were aware of the problem and were trying to resolve it, but that was a couple of weeks ago now. My site has gone down the google rankings because of how slowly it loads now and so I've had no choice to but to remove it. Hopefully, they'll resolve the issue soon.

It's good when it works...

While it does work fine on a web page via computer, I can't see anything on a mobile device or either of my ipads. The click and point thing is cool but it would be neat to copy and paste a link to embed it somewhere so it's streamlined. I had this issue before and clearly it isn't fixed so I may be looking elsewhere.

It's a trap

This app is not useful as a trail at all. It doesn't work for services and prompts you to automatically use the app for products.

It's ok

Only worked for a few hours

Very upsetting to wake up the day after installation to find that the reviews are all down due to servers issues that apparently have no ability to support the service while maintenance occurs on them. Not acceptable for legit businesses.

They try but this not for wix

I have same app for shopify and works without much problems. However there are tons of bugs for wix , so looks like they gotta fix it, otherwise sometimes reviews show up , sometimes it doesnt, It slows down website, sometimes it over writes reviews on top of product. Like a serious bugs. As far as customer service, they try to be attentive, but they dont know much, most of the time they will tell you that they will talk to tech and get back with you. And that get back is sometimes hours.
