app ist OK, sehr übersichtlich, viele Widgets- ---- aber: wieder einmal funktioniert die App NICHT bzw nur stark eingeschränkt auf Wix. Kommentar vom Service: Because there are some coding requirements that don't allow other widgets to be available on the Wix Editor. Not only are you experiencing this, but all Wix stores are. Wir überlegen nun endgültig zu einem anderen Shop-Anbieter zu wechseln. Service von Fera war sehr bemüht und hilfsbereit, könnt aber schlussendlich nicht helfen, da der Fehler an WIX liegt.

Its good but improvements could be made.

I find it difficult to use when customising where the reviews can go on my website. I like the function where you are able to download the widget to WIX to the add it to the website yourself, however this is not available for all widgets. Additional points I have are that I don't like that when a customer leaves a review it takes them to a new web address that often loads slowly and causes confusion for the customer. Other than that I have found Fera a good addition to my site as it has allowed me to transfer my Etsy store reviews onto my site.

Great Interface, Reviews Displayed Nicely, --Code bloat slows Site

With the app enabled with the widget auto-placed on the homepage, my Google page speeds insight performance ratings were 24 mobile 60 desktop. After disabling the app and rerunning page speed analysis the site tested 72 mobile, 94 desktop.

Human support only available if you pay

Somehow ended up with 2 uses in my account while trying the system out. Free only allows 1 user which is fine, but every time I deleted the 2nd user, it comes back on next login. Roel didn't want to help because "Live support is only available to paid customers" and of course AI didn't reveal this. Lead to me getting irritated and leaving a lesser review, which resulted in Roel telling me why it was happening. That's all that was needed for a better experience.

It needs work as certain aspects won't display correctly on Iphone

Floating Rating Badge Widget - does not display correctly on Iphone, it's all faint due to an overlay being over the top of the text! If this was fixed it'd be a solid 5 star.

Würde mir einfach eine App wünschen bei der man nicht noch zusätzlich bezahlen muss um seine Produkt und seine Bewertungen auf der Homepage anzeigen zu lassen. Daher ist die App ok aber nicht der Hammer.

Fera has some neat ideas, but rarely a well formed execution.

It's really not ready to be a paid service option only, yet. Their alignments are always off, especially when comparing desktop to mobile. Customer support has varying answers when it comes to resolving issues. They'll ask you repeat the problem you've already typed over and over again, they won't complete a full issue ticket without you holding their hand. I'm about ready to switch to something else, honestly.

Okay so far

I'm still getting used to it and I feel like it completely changed from yesterday to today. Not sure if there was an update? Support, however, was quick and helped me find what I was looking for.

Good customer service

First, my experience with customer service was great. But, I'm giving a 3 star review because the app is difficult to use. Customer reviews do not seem organized at all and I haven't had the time to contact them for help on this matter, nor have I found I have a way to organize the reviews. Right now, any product review left shows up under all products. I would expect product reviews to show up under the specific product it was left for. The "write a review" button disappeared on its own from my product pages, which is the reason I contacted customer service. They got this issue fixed in just a few minutes.

Didn't interact well with another app

Love this app in general - it allowed me to import my reviews from elsewhere. However I use another app for affiliates and this app stopped that one working which sadly means that I've had to get rid of this app and find another.

Importing Reviews

nice to be able to import reviews from elseswhere like etsy but its very limited on where you can place the review section on your site. Eg. you cant set a review page and place them there

i liked the idea but it caused my website to glitch

was excited about this app. unfortunately disappointed that it was causing my app to misbehave, causing elements of my website to be obscured or disappear completely on both desktop & mobile. i decided to deactivate it & then test my website out to see if the app was the problem. it most definitely was. im not sure why... it has many excellent reviews so it must not be an issue for everyone. its a little frustrating not being able to visibly see it when your editing your website also.

O app apresenta diversas coisas interessantes, mas ainda não o testei por completo, estou tendo erros que não aparecem na página dos produtos os comentários. Creio que seja alguma config.

Set everything up but reviews won't show

Not great with Wix

I'm sure this has lots of good features for Shopify or other platforms but It doesn't show in your Wix editor (only live on your site) So its tricky to navigate placement on your site. Customer support is prompt and thorough and can help you get through some of the Wix limitations. Also says offers loyalty points but that option is not available with this Wix.
