Super App für Reviews mit tollen funktionen. Manchmal fehlt mir etwas die Kontrolle bei negativen Bewertungen und die Ladezeitenoptimierung der Widgets ist nicht ganz optimal. Anosonsten aber sehr zu empfehlen!

EDIT: It was a great app, but they shifted to paid plans only without notifying us.

The app WAS great for free users. More better features in paid plan if you have good scale business then this is best. Good if you can purchase.

nice app but I would really like to know why it's not showing in edit mode and why I cannot open it hence I can't change colours or design or anything

I wish I had a little more control over the design of this widget, but it is the best review app I have tried by far, and it does offer enough customization to match my store. The Fera support team is very friendly, efficient, and helpful!

App is good - support could be better

The APP is quite good. The support provided is a bit lacking in responsiveness and robustness. Overall we are pleased. Patience and building a new product.

I like it but can be quite fiddly

It can do with a nicer more straightforward back-end to navigate. The design is quite beta - but otherwise it seems to do the job at a good price. Thanks

So easy to use, I specifically like how you can test features. Only issue I have is the design process. Would be nice if they had more templates suited for a range of styles.

Most of the features are pretty easy to use. I started having trouble with designing and used the chat to get help. The tech was super helpful and fixed all my issues for me!
